I was really annoyed to be pestered every time to buy own brand cartridges especially when one of them actually has damaged my Canon 5300 printer head. This was caused by it not clicking correctly into place and now I get part missing areas of cyan all the time. Very annoyed as this printer is ireplaceable to me.

Defective cartridge was promptly replaced next day. Very impressed with this level of service and with the way it was handle so efficiently over the phone. And I enjoyed the cup of tea – brilliant idea!

I ordered from Catridge People because they normally deliver quickly. Unfortunately they use a courier called EVri which the parcel went to a delivery hub, after a week I still had no catridges for printer and had run out of ink. So I ended up having to call and get my money refunded then went onto Amazon who used Royal Mail and the cartridges arrived the next day. Evri is losing you business in the Highlands, won't be ordeing again from you.

I can see that we have spoken to you regarding this matter and a refund has been issued for you. All standard deliveries are made by Evri, however you can pay for a next day delivery and this would come with DPD for you. I have been waiting a week for my cartridges (apparently they are stuck in an EVRI depot. their chatbot has even admitted I should have received them by the 19th September!). The Cartridge people cannot be contacted by email to complain - so can someone there please sort this matter out or give me a refund. Rubbish service by all concerned.

Please note that this company uses EVRI for deliveries. I wish I had noted that before ordering. My order has been with EVRI since Wednesday morning (8.57am) with no sign of it being dispatched. Cartridge people could make the standard delivery times more prominent (up to five days) - Wonder if I will ever receive my cartridges!.

Lovely ink. Great service. But be emails are relentless and really annoying. I’ve changed preferences and I’m still getting so many emails!!!!! No one needs this many emails about Ink cartridges.

Unfortunately the CP cartridges would not work on my HP printer. Sheree from customer services was most helpful and arranged for HP replacements which arrived the next day and an apology for any inconvenience caused. I can not speak highly enough of the attention I received and the prompt response… no quibbles. Will def use Cartridge People in the future. Thank you.

I have always used Cartridge People and never had a problem, until now. The new cartridge was rejected by printer so I phoned and spoke to a lovely young lady called Caroline. She took me through some steps to try and reciting the problem, showing great courtesy and patience (I am 80!!). Eventually she agreed to replace the cartridge, which I was very pleased about. I will continue to use Cartridge People and would recommend them to anyone. In fact, I have! Thank you, Caroline for your kind help, it is very much appreciated.
