Rubbish cartridge wasn’t recognized by printer and I had purchased two. So absolutely useless

Undetermined fault with ink cartridges where after using for a short while it stops with printer stops with message "cartridge not recognised ". If fault reoccurs then photo of message to be sent to Cartridge People for further investigation. In the meantime Siobhan has quickly sent new cartridge foc which is quite acceptable

I have received the ink cassette , despite the description on the box which says it fits my computer. The cassette does not re-align into the printer as the plastic sides are not straight enough to fit into the machine. We compared with the existing cassette and the mechanism on the outside does not align correctly. Please contact me. I either need a refund or a replacement Cassette. 07799 193247

I am quite very disappointed and unhappy with the customer service. I called them and discussed the problem i had been facing, the agent told me that she would get back to me. I received a suggested solution through email. Nothing happened and i kept calling and no one answered. Then i emailed for the return of the product and refund and no one contacted me until now.

I installed a new cartridge which didn’t work as it was empty. When I rang to complain the support person suggested it was a problem with my printer rather than the cartridge

I bought an original one but it's out of stock They called me to send another one and I accepted, a lot of problems with my printer when I insert a new cartridge, not work again even when I get the old one. Now I urgent need it and it is not working

Beware of these people. I bought a black ink cartridge for my hp photo printer. A lady phoned a day or so later telling me that there is a better offer I can have. There is a bigger and better cartridge and a free pack of A4 paper for less. Like an idiot, I foolishly accepted the offer and I got what I deserved! The cartridge I have ever bought, the letters are so faint yo need a microscope to see them. I tried to contact the sellers but to no avail , ending up buying another cartridge which works!!! Beware.

For the forth time, I've requested next day delivery from Cartridge People, only to have the order delayed. To be fair to Cartridge People, the extra I paid for next day delivery was refunded immediately after I contacted them. But they need to find a courier that is more reliable for next day delivery services, chance my 1-star review. Whilst I'll happily use Cartridge People for non-urgent orders, I'll certainly NOT be using them again for next day delivery

Dear Lesley, Thank you for your review. I am sorry to hear that you didn't think they lasted very long. Epson 604 colour inks contain only 2.4mls of ink and the black 3.4mls (less than a teaspoon). I would advise you to consider our Compatible Epson 604XL inks , the colours contain 10mls of ink and the black 13mls of ink. I have yet to receive my delivery and I am about to block the payment via my credit card. This is down to your company using the so called Royal Mail. They notified they were delivering on a date I was not home. I filled in thier delivery option for the package to be left at my local post office and which Royal Mail acknowledged by e mail. I went to my local post office and it was not there. I went on the Royal Mail website and arranged for a home delivery for today (1st Dec) and again Royal Mail acknowledged they would deliver today, but have not. This is getting ridiculous now so this weekend I will seek an alternative supplier and cancel the payment with my CC provider

I purchased several packs of their own brand ink for my Brother J4620 printer which were promised to work but I get regular error messages saying the cartridges are out of ink or not installed properly when they are full. I now have to throw out a whole load of unused cartridges and buy genuine Brother ones and in the meantime I have no printer. Fed up...

Customer service is non existent. Ordered wrong cartridge, managed to realise this before it was dispatched. Emailed customer service, told not to open the package when it arrives and they will give me further instructions on how to return. I did that , it’s been two weeks emailing them trying to obtain further instructions on how to return the package.

Good Morning, Thank you for your review and I am sorry to hear that you are not happy with the service you have received. I can see that your order was dispatched on the 16/11/23 at 10am, you emailed to ask us to cancel the order at 10pm that evening, we do have a very small window of when orders can be cancelled as we dispatch most of our items on the same day they are ordered. I can see that we emailed you our returns instructions to return the order back to us for a refund but haven't yet received these back to enable us to refund you. Kind Regards Louise

I'm very happy with their products but very UN-happy with the fact that I now get constant emails from this company. There is no unsubscribe button on their website so now I feel tricked. Good service, good product spoilt by their incessant emails which I cannot stop.

Called me after I placed an order for genuine Canon cartridge, trying to sell me their compatible product. I said I'd call back to let them know then received an email from Paypal saying they had charged me £5.99 without my permission. I then saw they have added a compatible cartridge to my order without my permission. I've emailed them 3x to get them to revert to my actual order and no response. Unfortunately they have now wasted my time trying to sort something which should never have been an issue, annoyed me and fraudulently charged me for a product I didn't order. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
