Purchased the wrong ink for epsom printer both squirrel packs looked the same although slight difference in part of the number. Fortunately able to use 4 of them but 2 went back in the used pack provided. Their printer match with required ink is not as accurate and easy to use as some companies. Customer Service listened but were no help. Dissapointed.

This is a great company. The products are excellent. The service is brilliant but I won't be using them again because they use EVRI as their delivery provider. EVRI get it wrong almost every time (good choice of name). The latest delivery of cartridges was left on our doorstep in the rain for 10 days until we got home. Never again.

You delivered ok...problem was that I ordered HP 300 cartridge for HP Envy 110...the problem is that you have delivered your own brand printer ink...this I tried only not acceptable to my printer which is HP Envy 110...the paper also jammed by printer...I have only ever used HP authorised products...please advice how to return and obtain refund...Thank you Terry Griffin reference number 4610698

Wrong cartridge delivered twice. Box correctly marked, but cartridge wrongly marked. Probably a batch problem. Was told the warehouse was investigating the problem, but after 24 hours no solution has been found to ensure that I receive the right cartridge. I've asked for a refund. Poor customer service. I'm without a working printer, while they sort out the problem from their point of view, not mine.

When I found out the delivery was coming with Evri I notified them I was not pleased as there reputation was useless , it proved to be true as I never received the package and had to settle for a refund? Quite happy with their product but will not use them while they continue to use Evri.

False Promises and Misleading Guarantee I’m extremely disappointed with Cartridge People and their so-called "Lifetime Printer Guarantee." Their policies seem more focused on avoiding responsibility than providing genuine customer support. I initially purchased official manufacturer cartridges but was aggressively encouraged to try their Compatible Own Brand ink. Shortly after using these cartridges, my printer developed serious issues that were not present before. I contacted Cartridge People, fully expecting them to honour their guarantee, only to be met with troubleshooting exercises, endless excuses and obstacles. Instead of taking accountability, their response implied that the fault might not be due to their cartridges—despite admitting they couldn’t prove otherwise. Rather than replacing the printer as promised, they demanded I jump through hoops with cleaning cartridges and overly complicated troubleshooting steps. To make matters worse, I was subjected to condescending advice about printer maintenance, as though the problem was my negligence rather than their product. That’s just an attempt to deflect responsibility and shift the blame onto the customer. In the end, I gave up pursuing a replacement as it became evident their "solution" was to offer a replacement only after factoring in depreciation, which likely meant I’d receive a substandard, second-hand printer that wouldn’t match the quality or value of the one their products damaged. This guarantee is nothing more than empty marketing hype. Cartridge People clearly prioritise their profits over honouring their commitments to customers. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone—save yourself the hassle and avoid their products altogether.

The product(CATRIDGE PEOPLE OWN BRAND HP 207X BLACK HIGH CAPACITY TONER CATRIDGE W2210X) is not a good buy. Since l bought it in October 2024, it keeps showing low toner in dashboard & my hp printer bringing out horrible sound as if it will pack up. I am going back to buy my hp toner

I was assured that the "own brand" refill would work in my HP Laserjet. It didn't. I went to another retailer who delivered an HP replacement that worked flawlessly.

Not yet received goods as using Evri for delivery. Such a small parcel could have been sent through the post. Won't use them again if still using Evri for delivery

Whether it was meant or not, I was made to feel I had done something wrong when the order I placed was upgraded by the Sales department by telephone with no caviats, and then consistently was told by customer services that I had not paid for the upgrade service and the late delivery was what was expected. Twice, if not more, I advised it was their sales department who had made the change / upgrade - even gave them the name of the sales person - and still I was told I had not paid for the upgrade. As the delivery was not happening and I had no information on what was to happen, coupled with the false statement from customer services, I told them the goods would be returned unopened. When the package finally arrived I put it - unopened and with a large label attached by Cartridge People or their carrier saying next day delivery - into new packing and returned all to them. Have received the refund of my initial payment, but out £3.75 sending the package back. Cheap prices don't always work if the company have different personnel saying / doing different things. Decided to go elsewhere, even if more expensive.

I am sorry you were incorrectly advised about or delivery times. I have fed this back to the agents manager so this doesn't happen again. Our delivery times are 1 - 3 working days, our courier puts a next day sticker on the order so our customers get a better service and receive their order quicker, however it is not guaranteed. Pros: - Affordable ink prices. - Fast delivery. Cons: Avoid their own-brand ink: I ordered original HP ink but after a phone call received the Cartridge People brand as a substitute for one color (as a trial). The moment I installed their ink, the print quality deteriorated noticeably. I print hundreds of identical leaflets daily, and it was clear the new ink was gradually affecting the color consistency as it mixed with the remaining original ink. Poor customer service: I raised a support ticket to address the issue and received an email asking me to print a test page, but the attachment was missing. After requesting the attachment, I waited several days with no response. When I followed up by phone, I discovered that the support representative had emailed the wrong address. Eventually, I received the attachment, printed the test page, and sent it back. After waiting again, I called customer service, where another agent confirmed there was a problem but offered no real solution. All they did was refund the cost of the single defective ink bottle, completely ignoring the impact on the rest of my genuine ink, which are now compromised. Their only advice was to purchase more genuine ink to flush out the defective product—essentially asking me to spend more money to fix their mistake. Conclusion: Extremely disappointing experience. The own-brand ink is unreliable, and the customer service was frustratingly unhelpful. I cannot recommend their own-brand ink under any circumstances.

I purchased genuine HP cartridges as advertised. Do not use this company they do not send what customers believe they are purchasing .Was sent own brand. Asked for a refund but still waiting for the transcript of the call and the refund. Customer is always right used to be a motto companies honoured and they still have not provided evidence requested that although I was responding to genuine HP as advertised they failed to deliver that product.

I have been buying own brand ink from Cartridge People for quite a while, usually for my A4 photo printer. The quality was always good and you could see only a little difference in a side by side comparison with Original inks. However, I bought a large format printer, Canon IPF 750, to print materials for outdoor use. They were a complete waste of money. The black ink turned reddish brown as soon as the smallest amount of rain got on it, the blue ink runs. The other colours had faded considerably after four or five days outside. I complained and was told that "our inks may not be suitable for all uses". I got a refund for the black ink but wasted hundreds of pounds on media. I have items that I printed with Canon ink over six months ago and they still look as good as new.

Have been buying ink cartridges for years, got a message from cartridge people that there was an offer on - 12% discount, so I immediately went in and did an order, we had a family funeral and it wasnt until we got back that night we found out that our electric was off so next morning I checked again and resent the order through, only to be told that the offer ended the previous night. Very disappointed. Explained this to someone in customer services but look at the emails they sent back, they werent interested. Normally would give 5 out 5 but not this time.
