“Amazing service from start to finish. I ordered the original toner cartridges for my Brother Printer and got a call the next day from Roxy kindly advising me there are cheaper compatible cartridges. I was skeptical as I have had issues with compatible cartridges in the past but Roxy assured me the compatible cartridges will work. They arrived really quickly within 2 days. I had to contact customer service as I did not know how to fit the new cartridges into my printer and received a reply from Marianne giving me clear, concise instructions. The compatible cartridges work brilliantly. Thank you to Roxy and Marianne for their excellent customer service. I would recommend Cartridge People to friends and family.”

“I haven’t given 5 stars because the ink quality is not as clear as the Brother ink cartridge for my Brother printer. However, this is half the price so it is more affordable and I’m willing to compromise.”

“They are always really efficient at delivery and have very competitive pricing for OEM cartridges. I only buy a few cartridges each year. I appreciate that they want to sell their own brand but it would be good if they didn't call to try and get me to change to their own brand after every online order. I actually went to get my mobile phone (it was in another room) after placing my last order so I was ready for the call!”

“Full marks because of the easy product selection at a good price, for a product that has worked every time and on the one occasion I had an issue it was resolved to my complete satisfaction quickly. I suppose most importantly for the type of printing I do (general domestic) I don’t require the very very best that nobody can see but the experts. As an amateur photographer I require good quality prints that last, at a cost that allows the family and I to print as and when we require. I get this from my middle of the road Epson Inkjet and using Cartridgepeople ink.”

“I placed an order which was a very straightforward process in itself. The following morning I received a call from a man working at Cartridge People acknowledging my order and just checking if I had seen the special offer available which was to order an additional exact cartridge for only £6 more, meaning I would receive 2 cartridges for only a very small additional amount. I hadn't seen the offer as I was in a rush when looking to purchase an ink cartridge so was very happy to receive the phone call.I was also very happy to speak to someone on the phone as I was a bit worried that the cartridge I had ordered may not be suitable for my printer and after checking for me the man confirmed it would be suitable. My 2 items were delivered shortly afterwards and work perfectly. I will definitely use this company again in the future.”
