“My order was dealt with efficency and promptly, my delivery did not go so well. Evri did not notify me of my package arrival time and the delivery was made to a neighbour's outdoor post box 2 doors away even though I was in my home at the time. I knew nothing of the delivery until I received a picture of a post box I did not recognise as the delivery place. I had to look round my neighbours properties to match the box and fond my package. I reported this to Cartridge People and Sam was most helpful in helping locate my parcel.”

“I am fairly new to Cartridge People and find the prices competitive and the delivery very fast - especially compared to my old HP print subscription. Customer service has been great on the rare occasion that a problem has cropped up.”

“Questionable business practices in calling those who have just ordered from them to offer ‘’better’ deals and claiming that your HP printer will work perfectly with their new cartridges. It won’t. It will print OK but you will never know how much toner is left until you run out.”

“Unfortunately, although they were the correct size, the ink cartridges I received wouldn't work in my elderly HP printer. I contacted Cartridge People and received a reply from Aden who was very helpful and organised the return of my order and my refund when through very promptly. I would recommend this company for their excellent customer service.”

“RACHEL from Customer Service was absolutely fantastic. I had an unforeseen problem with one of my orders and Rachel dealt with it immediately and with great professionalism. Within an extremely short time she offered me various options and then fulfilled the one I chose accordingly, without any hesitation whatsoever. “FOLLOWING the advertisement on TV for replacement ink cartridges, my ears pricked up as I was just that very day thinking of sourcing somewhere to replace my ink for my old Canon Pixma MG5250 printer. Giving, 'The Cartridge People.com' a try for the first time I tried to order on line to which soon ended in failure for some strange reason, as my shopping trolley when about to order and make payment showed empty of all i had chosen to purchase. HOWEVER, a telephone number was made available to which i rang and spoke with a very pleasant operative named; SAM, who convinced me to try them for various reasons including the greater amount of ink per cartridge, over the original Canon cartridge, which i'm convinced over a period of years the ink quantity has reduced lasting less time, for the same amount of use. Along with a better price to purchase I placed my order, and look forward to a new supply from hopefully a improved source for all future orders. As i write this review only minutes after my order placed. I can't comment on anything more than Sam's very pleasant enthusiastic sales manner, and helpful conversation in answering my questions inspiring me to give them a try with guarantees of total satisfaction, or a response, to any disatisfaction I might have if that was necessary. I read nothing but good reviews to product and delivery times and hope to add to that opinion myself ! SAM has set the ball-rolling so far, and lets see my next review being nothing but praise and customer satisfaction for 'The Cartridge People' from this point on with my full recommendation to others tired of paying excessive prices for what appears not to last very long !
