I had an issue where a new cartridge was not recognised by my printer. I called and spoke with Hannah. She emailed me a little later with a video to sort the problem. I carefully followed the advice and problem was sorted. Thank you Hannah

Prompt and efficient service, but the one quibble I have with CP is recycling -you need to institute a used cartridge returns programme - I have 8 old laser printer cartridges ;looking for a home.

I ordered a cartridge which unbeknown was not suitable for a HP printer with an 'e' designation. Contact with Cartridge people gave me a credit note for the cartridge and set up the paperwork for a replacement cartridge - all done in one pone call. The person I dealt with - Marianne was excellent and had the problem sorted immediately - great customer service

Received a prompt reply to my query from Nikki and Alison. I received resolution feedback and a request for photos. On further investigation of my problem it turns out that Nikki and Alison were correct with their assumption in that I had not removed the film from the last container in order to see the actual cartridge. To be honest I was reluctant to remove the film from the last container because the returns general information that I found for your company specifically states do not remove film if you want to return the item, but because I did t remove the film I could t see the actual cartridge Inside the last container

Fantastic service from both company and Joshua. Delivery receive swiftly but unfortunately I ordered wrong cartridge. Josh contacted me within an hour and sorted it for me. Had no expectations of a refund for my mistake but pleasantly surprised.

I had very helpful reassurance from Alison when I phoned up about an order which I thought hadn't been delivered (but had muddled up a previous delivery record by not checking the date). As it happened, the delivery I was expecting came through an hour or two later, so I stopped fussing and let Cartridge People know there was no longer a problem and thanked them for the earlier kind reassurance.

Compatible Epson Cyan Cartridges for SC T2100 are not compatible, neither was the 'compatible' replacement sent. Their solution for me to pay full price for an epson SC T2100 cartridge plus extra cost for Next Day delivery before 12.00. Which I did. Just notified it will not arrive till 3pm. No gestures of good will, no aim to retain me as a customer, Just a £2 refund and a goodbye! Ive spent a lot of money with these guys over the months. Obviously my custom is not appreciated.

I couldn't believe that my order was £53 for one set of four colours. I thought I was ordering four sets of four colours. I am fairly sure I could have bought similar for £15. I feel so naive. I guess I will join a subscription service and/or be more careful in furute that I know what I am ordering. I am too busy to follow this up, but I can tell the customer service is good

Sometimes you get a faulty item, This can not be helped, but the way this is dealt with is key to customer satisfaction. I had a problem with a faulty cartridge With the help of Rachel and Stephen this was soon rectified and replacement is on its way. Super service

Could not get online order to work as kept dropping out so rang up expecting a long wait but no answered in seconds and sorted order out very quickly. Delivered FOC very quickly and canon cartridges working perfectly.
