“We have ordered the Toner from Cartridge People and the Office Manager realized that it was Wrong size / not compatible with printer , so she asked me to return and get the refund. I contacted the Customer Service team and Alison sent the detailed procedure for returning the item and guided us very well. As per the instructions I packed and returned the item and now received the confirmation for the refund. We really appreciate the help and guidance from Alison for this retuning process. Thank you Alison.”

“I wish I'd know about Cartridge people before attempting to buy the same items on eBay which turned into an unmitigated disaster. The service I received from cartridge people was gold standard. The only slight criticism I had was that I didn't receive any notification to say that the item had been dispatched or whom the carrier would be. Consequently I was a little suspicious of the messages from UPS as the status when I tried to track the order was "being processed". The order arrived safely within the time slot allocated by UPS. 👍👍”
