“Superb customer service from Lucy. I purchased third party cartridges which didn’t work in my printer due to manufacturer restrictions, beyond my or Cartridge People’s control. Lucy talked me through options and workarounds. When these didn’t work, Lucy provided a full refund without question. Gave me a lot of confidence in the company and would definitely buy from Cartridge People again”

“I tried the own brand cartridge. At first, my printer did not recognise the cartridge but I followed the instruction to clean the copper strip, then the printer worked fine. If I have no further problems, I will buy this again.”

“On-line order was confirmed by phone and I was offered an optional deal (which I took). Cartridges arrived next day. I thought that I had ordered the incorrect cartridge, but our email was responded to with a call-back within 30 minutes and I was guided through the installation process. Overall absolutely top service at a very good price”

“First class service. It is great to actually speak to a person, on the end of a phone, if you are not sure of exactly what you need. Get some solid advice and next day delivery. Also their Website is easy to follow. Would recommend Cartridge People and their products to anyone.”

“Quick and easy to order, love the fact you can be certain of what ink matches your printer, that is really handy. I also had an issue with delivery (the courier was at fault in this case) and Chris in customer services resolved this, he was so helpful and friendly. I would definitely recommend their services :)”
