“This has been my first time dealing with the cartridge people unfortunately when my package arrived it was seriously damaged but they very kindly sent a replacement , when that arrived two of the cartridges were missing I rang up to report this and a very kind gentleman called Sam was so kind and is sending the missing cartridges right away , this is a company I shall deal with in the future they are first class thank you”

“Having dealt with Cartridge People for a few years I have always found their staff very friendly and helpful. Their own products work as well as named products. Their delivery is very good. Altough I do not purchase a vast amount of stationery etc I would have no hesitiation in recomending them.”

“Customer service second to none! Having made a mistake in ordering I received 2 colour cartridges intending only 1 . I spoke to Sam who was very helpful and set up a credit for me but stupidly I then returned the black cartridge instead of the colour. Today I spoke to Phil who very kindly has arranged for a credit for the colour cartridge which I am now returning. I’m impressed that both Sam and Phil understood my dilemma and acted professionally and in a friendly way to resolve it for me.”

“I was between two minds whether to buy HP original or Cartridge People own brands. I spoke to a member of their sales team who assured me their own brand was every bit as good as HP brand, so I ordered those. That was a mistake. The very first prints suffered from two faulty cartridges, both splattering toner all over the paper. Their customer service was helpful, and after providing them with evidence of the faults they refunded me in full. I’ve now bought HP originals and of course they’re perfect. It’s all very well assuring people that your own brand is equally good to original brand, but they’re very obviously not. I won’t be buying them again.”
