“Wiktoria was pleasant, and went through the price match process very thouroughly and explained it well. Everything that she said, has so far happened, and my ink arrived just now, which is great Thanks to Wiktoria and Cartridge People. I shall continue to use you in preference to other on line printer ink suppliers.”

“Ordered a set of inkjet cartridges for my printer. Over a week later sadly they still hadn’t arrived. Contacted customer services who were immediately apologetic and keen to rectify the issue. Although the original ordered had been dispatched the very next day, Andrew and Louise went above and beyond to help me with my lack of ink situation. Have always used Cartridge people and will continue to do so with service like this. Thank you guys”

“The delivery of toner cartridges is very fast, however, when returning one and awaiting refund is very poor. Evri delivered my toner cartridge the next day but returning an incorrect one is still stuck with Evri nearly 2 weeks later and still awaiting refund. Very disappointing.”

“Excellent service. Ordered one day, delivered the next. The only problem is the use on Evri to make the deiliveries. It appears that their drivers can't tall the read road signs to see the difference between Way and Close!!!”
