“Canon Pro Graf 300 compatible inks product as far as colour rendition is concerned, but let down by the digital information, printer says inks empty, yet when you change them, the cartridge has a substantial amount left inside. Another compatible ink didn’t even show the level!”

“I had a problem with a blocked nozzle on my Epson SC-P700 that would not print any colour at all, Liam in Customer Services was extremely helpful and attentive providing me with information on how to clear the blockage. After following all his advice the problem was solved. Brilliant service and I would highly recommend Cartridge People. Many thanks”

“Sam quickly understood the issue I raised, and promptly sent an Email instructing me on how to complete a purchase. I also raised the criticism of EVRi - the worst possible choice for couriers. It is a pity that Sam or his colleagues cannot persuade your managers to pick Royal Mail or other reputable couriers instead of EVRi.”

“An initial error with the Magenta cartridge not working,was rectified immediately by Liam, and he had been very patient in explaining what I needed to do to send a picture of the printout using the faulty cartridge. The only suggestion I would make is to be very explicit when telling the customer what the full email address is, for sending the photo by email . Once I typed it correctly with no typos ( I am good at those!), and the full email address, Liam sent it with no further problems .”
