“I ordered cattridges via my account portal with catridgepeople displaying my current address through paypal with my current address, the items were delivered to a wrong address. I called the customer services to register my disatisfaction and that I am yet to receive the items. I was told that it was paypal's instructions they acted upon, whereas that is not true. They failed to update their delivery system. I reported the unfortunate incident, and misrepresentation to paypal to deal with it........ I am still waiting to get a feed back from catrideg people. an error which occured once is considered a mistake, but if repeated it is a blunder? hurrible service”

Unfortunately, the address you confirmed when paying with PayPal was incorrect and therefore your order went to that address. As previously stated we can refund you once the parcel has been returned. “I have used the Cartridge People for some years. They are always easily contactable and will sort out issues promptly and helpfully (issues of my own making as my family unhelpfully set up 2 accounts). They advise on the best way of ordering products to maximise efficiency and minimise cost. Having used another supplier (when I changed my printer) where the experience was very negative I went straight back to Cartridge People.”

“I tried the cartridge people Compatible Dymo 1978365 D1 White on Black Durable Labelling Tape as they are significantly cheaper than the originals. One of the cartridges jammed after only using 1 meter which was disappointing, but after emailing them with some pics, Rachel replied very quickly and she sent me a replacement which arrived within 2 days. Excellent customer service. The product is still to be decided on a the labels after fixing them have started to curl and lift but unsure if this is due to the plastic surface suitability and need to continue trying them. But cannot fault the service.”
