“I've always been sceptical about recycled / alterntive make cartridges which have let me down so regularly bought branded ones. However, on this occasion I tried CP's colour cartridge which was identified by the HP printer as a previous HP cartridge and has worked perfectly. Total convert!”

“The product arrived on time and in good condition. The website was easy to navigate and the order process was very straightforward. I ordered a maintenance box for my Epson printer and, although it was an Epson product, it was cheaper than anywhere else I had looked. I haven't actually installed the box yet but as it's an Epson original product, I'm sure it will be fine.”

“Good range of stock, prompt delivery and excellent customer service. I really appreciated the ability to purchase a replacement cartridge with a quick turn around, when or Charity was let down by our HP Instant Ink contract. Siobhan took the time to follow up on a perceived issue (which was actually intended for HP Instant ink, who could learn a great deal from Cartridge People's customer service.”

“No issue with Cartridge People only with their courier Evri who attempted an aborted delivery the day after receipt of the parcel. Four days later tracking showed no movement. Emailed Cartridge People and got a prompt reply from Gemma to let me know Evri had been asked to deliver ASAP. Received two days later with no tracking update from Evri? Thankyou Cartridge People and Gemma.”
