“I bought colour and black cartridges and the black wouldn’t work, I emailed customer service and a replacement one was sent out promptly which was fine , I dealt with Gemma who was very understanding and efficient she’s a credit to the company many thanks Dave”

“I have been using Cartridge People for my inks for years and always found them competitively priced and for various printers over the years. I was nervous about using their own equivalent of HP inks but they have been good. I had one that didnt work and Customer services replaced that immediately for me. My latest order has been a challenge! 2 non deliveries but I must praise LIAM for his excellent service and perseverance. I really appreciated dealing with just one person rather than starting again with someone else. He has kept me informed, answered promptly in our email exchanges and I now have my inks. Thank you so much Liam!!”

“I needed a simple set of alphabetical dividers for a ring binder to hold the music for a choir to which I belong. On browsing the internet for to see what is available I found a set advertised by Cartridge People which seemed to be excellent value for money and appeared to fit my needs. I was impressed how promptly the package was delivered and am very satisfied with the product.”

“Brother MFC-J5730 I have always used genuine inks costing an arm and a leg, then a strange problem cured by using a Cartridge Peoples cleaning cartridge. I did not want to use genuine cartridges for a load of test prints so used Cartridges Peoples replacements. The colours were more then acceptable even for photos. (print to manny). Only down side is the printer does not show the volume of ink with the CP cartridges but it did with the Brother cartridges. I was advised " With any cartridges, sometimes the chips will not show the cartridge as full as there is no physical way of the ink knowing how much ink is inside the cartridges. The ink levels are just an estimate." But putting this aside will be back for replacements. Recommended for value and for me importantly colour”

“Ordered Canon printer cartridges as they were cheaper than Canon's official site. Good delivery time. I was also sent an envelope to recycle my spent cartridges.”
