“I have only used the black cartridge but the ink just doesnt work, the black comes out faded, everytime I use the printer I have to take the cartridge out shake it and push it back in hard to get it to actually work. Waste of money and I wont be buying again.”

“I had problems when I changed the toner in my new printer. The three colour toner cartridges were showing as empty. I tried everything to fix the problem but with no success. I rang Marianne at the cartridge people and she emailed the fix to me. Everything is fine now. Impressive customer service. Thank you.”

“Comprehensive range of supplies and multi-buy options, but perhaps too many choices: I recently clicked on the wrong icon and ordered a package that included an item I didn't need at this stage, but didn't realise till I opened the parcel. Very good and quick delivery with faster or cheaper options, but they use EVRI which means things don't always arrive when or how they should. Recently, I deliberately didn't order "next day" delivery from Cartridge People as I knew I would be out; but EVRI put on a "next day" sticker, brought the parcel while I was absent, and then left it in a recycling bin without informing me - where it could easily have been taken away by the waste disposal people if I hadn't found it in time.”
