“I have used Cartridge People for many years & the customer service, when called upon, is always excellent. On a very few occasions when a problem occurs with a cartridge there is never any question as regards replacement, as was recent occurrence when Melanie resolved my issue perfectly, many thanks!🙂”

“In spite of a delivery issue which was not of their making, the team did their level best to help me. In the end, another printer was dispatched via a different courier and arrived within24 hours. Well do e.”

“I had a query about recycling own brand cartridges. The adviser I spoke too, Marianne, was extremely efficient and helpful. She immediately explained your policy clearly, and provided me with bags with which to return used cartridges. Thank you for your help.”

“The ordering and dispatching is 5 star. However actual delivery was poor. I am disabled pensioner and the delivery company just dumped the goods by the entry door to the block of flats. I live on the top floor and there is a lift. I would have expected to be left by my door at worst. I was in and they could have handed it to me. Disappointed with the delivery service.”

“The Customer Service for Cartridge People is outstanding. We have dealt with 2 people Simone and Chris - both have gone above and beyond to get us the best deal and sort out where our lost cartridges were - which was nothing to do with them but the the courier (who would get 0 stars). They even resent them using a different courier and they arrived the next day (so 5 stars for them). Would definitely use Cartridge people again.”

“Received the printer cartridges very quickly. Had an error when I put new ink in, I had a chat online and they told me how to get over the issue and the printer started to work again. Would recommend”
