Outstanding service from Caroline when ordering my printer cartridge. She was very knowledgeable about model compatibility, and gave me confidence I was ordering the right product.. She was helpful, personable and professional. Delivery was VERY quick. The product arrived just 24 hours after ordering it by phone. The cartridge works perfectly. I will definitely buy from this company again. I've already taped their contact details to my printer!

Review about Sheree who I spoke to on 11 May 2026 I would like to say how helpful Sheree was. I told her I had a 12% voucher code on my chromebook and it had suddenly disappeared. I also told her that I had been ordering a lot of ink recently but I had not been getting a discount code and had been paying full price. When she checked she said I was not down for marketing and that I must have cancelled it online. I told her I never went online, as I always ordered over the phone. Kindly, she went to the trouble of checking and she agreed that I had never been online in all the time I had purchased ink from the Cartridge people since 2017. She then contacted the IT people and made sure I was put back on the list for vouchers. She said I would get a voucher within a couple of days so I waited. I rang up today and said I had not received a voucher code yet and could she please ask could the 12% discount please be applied for the two black cartridges I needed for my HP Officejet 5230, because I was running really short of ink and I was doing something important which I had to get finished. I found one voucher for 11% but she said the code was out of date. I have not been getting voucher codes, so I didn't have any codes for the large orders I have made recently. She told me to hang on, then she came back on the phone and she was really horrible. She said I couldn't have any discount and I got the impression she hadn't even asked anyone. I am nearly 80 and I do not expect to be treated like that, all the other employees I have spoken to from your company have always been helpful and kind the level of service has alsways been supurb till now. Sam was very patient and understanding. He listened , asked questions and was in no way judgemental. My problem arose as I didn’t read the instructions. . I thought I knew what I was doing. Sam asked all the relevant questions and very quickly i now have a fully working printer. 10/10 for Sam i wish there was more like him!!

I had difficulty ordering online (my mistake, but could not rectify it). I had to abandon the order, and contact Cartridge People by telephone. Phil replied and was very helpful in ordering and posting the item to my address. He was friendly and professional throughout. I am confident that the package will be delivered without any problem.

One of the cartridges I received yesterday wasn't working, I rang and spoke to someone in customer services, I was told a replacement would be sent out, it arrived this morning and is working perfectly, excellent service!

Caroline was very helpful in her understanding of our concerns and her advice taken on board. The only downside so far is the loss of our supplies of A3 photographic paper in attempts to produce the prints we needed without success using Cartridge Peoples own products.

I had issues with both Cartrige People’s own cartridges for a cannon printer. Caroline very patiently explained to me how to self clean the printer and do a test printing. Since the cartridges were not upto standard, she immediately sent out new ones free of charge. Very good service. O definitely recommend them.

I had a Brother printer cartridge that kept dropping powder on to the transfer belt so I had to replace it when I spoke to customer service at cartridge people she looked up the purchase and agreed replacement and sent it out straight away

My order arrived very promptly the next day, but unfortunately the packaging had been crushed, and one of the cartridges had a broken clip, so could not fit correctly into the printer. I sent an email, and Sam got back to me straight away, friendly and helpful, and said that a replacement would be sent out immediately. It arrived the next day, and with some sachets of Yorkshire tea, with the apology. I was delighted by the quick response and excellent service. Thank you Sam and all at Cartridge People.

Next day delivery. I thought you had sent the wrong one so I called again. Caroline answered the call and assured me it was correct . I had forgotten how to put it in the printer and Caroline explained how to do it, and also sent me a video to help me. Now that is what I call service! Easy when you now how.Thank you.
