“On Monday 23rd March I phoned Cartridge People and a very polite gentleman named Phil answered my call and dealt with my query with a very professional, utterly polite and helpful manner. Phil checked that I was making the most economical purchase no pressurising at all only help and guidance. Explained about cost and delivery in a very clear manner. Be proud of yourself Phil it was such a pleasure to be served by you. You are a very rare specimen. I would also like to add that I have only ever received 100% First Class Service from Cartridge People thank you Phil and every other member of your company.”

“I spoke to Si Bennett today about a new cartridge that I had bought from Cartridge People for my Brother laser printer not registering. I originally thought I’d bought the wrong cartridge! Si checked and confirmed that I had bought the correct cartridge and then he walked me through how to reset the ‘replace cartridge message’ and the printer then worked. Si was professional and courteous throughout. Thanks again Si and Cartridge People!”

“My order was lost by EVRI. A replacement was sent out immediately via a different courier, Phil was my contact and he couldn't have been more helpful. Full marks for their customer service.”

“DPD failed to deliver our order last week, stating that they 'missed' us (twice in the same day), this was factually incorrect as they actually did not come to the property at all. Vicky went above and beyond to get our order resent and we had delivery the very next day. Thank you Vicky!”

“I have used Cartridge People for quite some time but about a week ago, one of the new cartridges I had just received did not work properly. All the maintenance checks I did pointed to a blocked nozzle. I contacted Cartridge People via their website and got a very quick and positive response from Rachel. She then arranged a free replacement cartridge which arrived within a day, along with a nice little extra, a pack of Yorkshire Tea bags, my favourite tea. I installed the new cartridge which worked perfectly. So thanks to Cartridge People, and especially to Rachel, for outstanding service.”

“We had compatibility issues with some compatible label printer cartridges nut this was quickly resolved by Sam. In less than 30 minutes he had credited us for 2 of the 6 cartridges, and arranged a returns collection by Evri for the remaining 4 for a full refund. Excellent customer service.”
