“Qick delivery and great products”

“I was looking to purchase a full set of ink Cartridges for My HP 7720, HP did not have stock so I checked with Cartidge People. Their sales person, Shan, told me about their own brand and persuaded me to give them a try which I did. The goods arrived very quickly but unfortunately my printer rejected the black cartridge as having a fault. I called Cartridge People and spoke to Gemma who said how sorry she was that I was having problems and asked details of my printer and what happened after i had installed the cartridges. It was evident that the colour cartridges were OK it was just the Black that was the problem. Gemma said she would send a replacement Black cartridge and would try to get it shipped that day which she did and I recieved it the day afterwards and the printer is now working just fine. Gemma was a star all the way through the call and from the start I knew everything would be fine and it was. As a customer I really appreciate organisations who really want to get problems sorted, to me I think more about these companies than those who never had a problem, they really show good customer support. The complimentary tea that arrived with the replacement was a nice touch especially with it being Yorkshire Tea. Well done Gemma and thanks to Shan who got me interested in their own Brand of Cartridges. The price for a Yorkshire Man was good andEvri did an excellent job with delivery.”

“I rang because I thought I had a defective Cartridge People black ink cartridge. Sam very pleasantly asked me a few questions so he could ascertain the route cause of the problem. He apologised on behalf of Cartridge People for the problem and promised to send me a replacement cartridge. It arrived the next day - together with some complimentary tea bags. I'm very pleased with the way my complaint was handled and intend remaining a Cartridge People customer.”

“I have ordered from Cartridge people a number of times and have always found them reliable and quick to deliver my orders. I did have an issue this time with my order but the communication I received explained the reason. Also, the customer service I have received from Hannah to resolve another problem was fantastic. Despite these issues with my order I will definitely be using Cartridge People again in the future as I have full confidence that in the unlikely event of any problems they will be resolved quickly and with no fuss. I wish all companies could work this way!”

“Wiktoria helped me sort out my order, which included a wrong item. However this involved returning the whole order and starting again, which was a nuisance. However, original order delivered very quickly, and at a good price.”
