“I recently ordered an own-brand printer toner cartridge from CartridgePeople. Unfortunately, the cartridge didn’t work—my printer rejected it despite following all the recommended troubleshooting steps. I submitted a support form, which was promptly picked up by Lindsay and Vicky from their support team. After exchanging a few emails, Vicky quickly organised a replacement cartridge, which arrived the very next day and worked perfectly straight out of the box. Of course, I would have preferred the original cartridge to work without any issues. However, I was really impressed with the speed and professionalism with which my problem was resolved. The price difference between the own-brand and branded toner is also quite significant, making it a great value overall. All in all, I’m very happy with both the price and the service I received.”

“Andrew was fantastic. I bought a colour cartridge months ago, but as I hardly use colour printing, I only just installed it. The copper strip was loose so it wouldn't work. I told Andrew and he said "No problem, we'll send you a new one" and the new one arrived the next day. How amazing to a)get to communicate with an actual human being and b)to have someone acknowledge the problem and fix it right away. Cartridge People (and Andrew in particular) your customer service is second to none.”

“Absolutely amazing company and people to deal with. I had a minor issue and contacted customer service, Simon Heath & Chris absolutely wonderful people dealt with it straight away. I would definitely recommend cartridge people for all your printing needs. I would just like to add my email to them was at 6:30 in the evening by the time I got up next morning it was all sorted😊”
