“I am a regular customer and find, on rare occasions, a cartridge is faulty. I have a faulty black HP 303 cartridge. I explained that I had run cleaning programmes on my printer. Lindsay was very helpful, no quibbles, agreed to send me a replacement within 24-48 hours which is fine.”
