“Delivery company put our parcel (Cartridge People order) into a collection postal box outside the office door which contained parcels going out for shipping by Royal Mail. Delivery driver didn't knock, despite office being occupied. The collection box was removed by Royal Mail and the parcel is now missing. Reported to Cartridge People customer service (included photos of parcel in said collection box) who replied the same day, and without any hassle or questioning immediately sent out a replacement order that arrived the next day. Very swift and polite response from Wiktoria, especially when these days the expectation is for a resolution in such circumstances is very low. Excellent customer service”
