“Spoke with Gemma about printers and she was very helpful so it has made me order the correct one so I can use Cartridge World in the foreseable. I had ordered a HP printer and was tied to them and found cartridges were running out very quickly and not being allowed to use any other ones. I am moving on to Epsom which should be a better type of printer for my home/office use. Thanks Gemma!”

“Fantastic customer service. I purchased some own-brand compatible Canon ink cartridges back in June, but only recently had the chance to try them out. Unfortunately my printer refused to acknowledge their existence whatever I tried, and being a veteran of compatible ink cartridges, I tried everything. I sent an email to Cartridge People and just over an hour later I received a reply from Si Bennett. As I'd already told him I'd tried everything in my original email, he didn't patronise me by telling me to 'do this, do that' etc, he simply agreed to a full refund, which was back in my Paypal almost immediately. Shame about the cartridges, but some printers do and some printers don't. Anyway, I immediately ordered some genuine Canon cartridges from Cartridge People, so it was a win-win all round :)”

“I have been a relatively low volume but regular and highly satisfied customer of Cartridge People for many years. I have used their "own brand" ink cartridges extensively and never had cause for any complaints until recently, when I encountered a faulty "own brand" black ink cartridge for my Canon printer. To report the problem, I chose to contact Cartridge People by phone because returning it with a letter would not only be time consuming but would also be costly in postage in relation to the value of the cartridge. My call was answered promptly by Mr Si Bennett, who listened carefully to my account of the problem. After double checking that the covering membrane was removed, I reinserted the faulty cartridge into my printer and reported on the persistent fault. Mr Bennett then politely undertook to send a replacement cartridge free of charge and followed up the telephone conversation with an email apology. That is great customer service. Thank you!”

“I sent an enquiry at 5:30 pm thinking I wouldn't get a reply until at least tomorrow PM, within minutes the phone rang it was Sam answering my quiery and demonstrated to me how I use my discount code in a different manner to acheive the same saving that I would on a bundle deal, that I didnt need at this time...very helpful and friendly. “I purchased some of Cartridge People’s refilled HP cartridges for my printer, in the hope of saving quite a bit of money on the cost of original HP refills, but had a problem when I inserted one of them, even though my printer seemed okay accepting it. I contacted Customer Services and got a very quick reply from Phil, who gave me several suggestions to try before returning them for a refund. I did what he suggested, and my problem was soon sorted! I’m very happy with the service and help I received from Phil, and will definitely carry on purchasing the excellent, cheaper, larger Cartridge People HP refills in the future. It gives you a confidence in a Company when you get Customer Service like this.”

“I received a cartridge which was faulty. I was given prompt and straightforward advice to try and remedy the fault when I reported it and when this didn't work a replacement was sent immediately. (And tea bags!) Phil was helpful, attentive and friendly.”

“Cartridge People have always been an excellent place to purchase ink cartridges for my HP printer and the price of their own brand re-filled cartridges has always been considerably less than the original branded cartridges, they seem to last longer than the branded variety, and comparing the finished printed documents (branded originals ink, with Cartridge People.com ink) the first time I purchased them there was no noticeable difference. Purchasing from them online is an excellent way forward, the order always arrives with me the day following its purchase and has never been later. I recently experienced a problem with a Cartridge People cartridge (the very first after a huge number of purchases). So, at close of business on Friday I emailed the company and advised them of the problem. A matter of 30 minutes later (just before leaving for home), I received a response from their contact Phil, asking me to send a couple of images, one of the problematic cartridge and one of the printer. Shortly after doing so, Phil emailed me back apologising for the problem I’d experienced and offering replacement cartridge, credit to my account or a refund to my bank. Would I recommend their service? Yes I would. And when they emailed me, asking how many stars I’d award for their service – I’d have happily awarded them 10 stars! Thank you so much Cartridge People (And of course Phil, who made a very polite, generous and speedy response).”

“You have no idea what a delight it is to deal with a company who truly knows the meaning of customer service - this was excellent in every way! I've ordered products before and always been more than happy with what I got but this time was entirely my own fault as I thought i had ordered the wrong toner and contacted Wiktoria on chat box to ask if possible to return and I also explained i had ordered the correct toner in the meantime. Wiktoria not only asked why i thought i'd made a mistake, she went on to reassure me AND explain why in fact the toner I had ordered was absolutely fine. She then also offered to cancel the subsequent order I'd made and order a refund. Polite, efficient and helpful. Might seem like an over effusive response for something relatively straightforward but these days it makes me happy when a company gets it so right - you could teach the major companies how to do it right believe me and thank you!!”
