“A cartridge that I bought late last year that was only one-third used, started leaking toner. I contacted Cartridge People and they had a replacement to me the very next day! Awesome service thanks Cartridge People!!”

“The order didn't arrive. Poor initial response to communication, however, the refund was actioned as soon as requested. I suggest you use a more reliable courier as your current choice is probably the worse one out there. Doubt I will be taking the chance of not receiving an order again so you have probably lost a good customer”

“Excellent web site for finding what I needed. Delivery was fast, 2 days if I remember correctly. They were keen for me to use their own brand inks. The reason I didn't was because I had done so before with other suppliers and seemed to get high instances of blocked printer heads needing a full printer replacement - it may have been the printers themselves I don't know. I have een very happy with Canon printers and Canon ink”

“As usual cartridges arrived promptly but, also as usual courier did not deliver properly, simply leaving lying on front doorstep. A least this time he actually bothered to ring the bell, although by the time I reached the door and opened it he had scurried away and was already driving off. No notification given that item was actuallt out for delivery. When will retailers get wise and dump these firms who do nt follow their contracts?”

“I have awarded 5 star tentatively, as I have no evidence to the contrary. I recently received my first order of cartridges for my (elderly) Canon MG5250; the price was very fair, the delivery swift and problem-free. I have used only one cartridge so far, which fitted correctly and has performed well in the few document prints made. I have not printed any photos yet - that is not the main purpose of the printer.”
