“Great service and good price, items arrived promptly, and even got an added item of a highlighter which was a nice touch. Only issue I have with them is the constant e-mails asking for a review!”

“Had ordered the branded cartridges but was called and offered their brand as they were better value for money. I was grateful for that, unfortunately I can't remember the ladies name, but was also sent some printer paper which was the same as the branded offer. Very good customer service. I will buy from Cartridge People again.”

“The ink cartridges that I ordered were exactly what I wanted at a good price, but why did they have to phone me to hard sell their own product when I had already made an informed decision to buy the branded product. They did the same to my wife when she bought ink for her printer. Please stop using Everi. As usual their delivery was rubbish. No warning and couldn't put it through the letter box as requested even though it would fit. I had to ask a friend to pick the package up from my doorstep incase someone stole it.”

I'm sorry, however, that you were unhappy with the call from our sales team. The purpose of these calls is to provide information on available offers and alternatives rather than to pressure customers into purchasing. I apologise if the call felt like a hard sell. I can confirm that your details have now been suppressed from any future marketing calls. I'm also sorry to hear about your delivery experience with Evri. I appreciate how frustrating it must have been to have your parcel left on your doorstep without warning, particularly when you were concerned about it being stolen. While we work with a number of delivery partners, we understand that experiences can vary. If you would prefer not to use Evri in the future, we do offer a choice of couriers at checkout, depending on the delivery options available for your order. Thank you again for your feedback. We do not appear to have received any contact from you regarding a delayed or failed delivery, so we were unfortunately unable to investigate the matter on your behalf. “Have had a lot of trouble with 'own' laserjet cartridges but they have changed them with no hassle. They always seem to go duff when I have an urgent need, so have changed back to HP genuine - more expensive but more reliable. But they have the best prices.”
