“We have always ordered genuine Samsung printer cartridges, but for the first time we ordered (so called) compatible printer cartridges for our Samsung 6260FW. A waste of time and money however cheap they were! Poor quality printing and colours a mile off!! Never again. UPDATE We received a replacement Cian (blue) cartridge and this one was worse than the first 'compatible' cartridge! Please see the photo, the picture on the left is our empty original cartridges put back in the copier to test, the smudged mess on the right is of the Cartridge people 'compatibles'. Worse, the amount of time it takes to get a refund organised and the FACT we now have to reorder original equipment. There was no offer of help for this or discount for inconveniece. CONCLUSION Unless you have plenty of time to waste, and/or you don't need a quality print finish, DON'T buy 'compatible' print cartridges from Cartridge People!”

“Been using CP for ages, never had a problem, very reasonable prices, why wouldn't you make them your preferred supplier, simply brilliant, dies what it says on the label. And not just replacements cartridges, their other products have been equally good ... and you never run out of freeby pens!”
