“RACHEL from Customer Service was absolutely fantastic. I had an unforeseen problem with one of my orders and Rachel dealt with it immediately and with great professionalism. Within an extremely short time she offered me various options and then fulfilled the one I chose accordingly, without any hesitation whatsoever. I have dealt with Cartridge People for several years now and can highly recommend them. Likewise with Rachel - She provided an impeccable service and I can personally recommend her also.”

“FOLLOWING the advertisement on TV for replacement ink cartridges, my ears pricked up as I was just that very day thinking of sourcing somewhere to replace my ink for my old Canon Pixma MG5250 printer. Giving, 'The Cartridge People.com' a try for the first time I tried to order on line to which soon ended in failure for some strange reason, as my shopping trolley when about to order and make payment showed empty of all i had chosen to purchase. HOWEVER, a telephone number was made available to which i rang and spoke with a very pleasant operative named; SAM, who convinced me to try them for various reasons including the greater amount of ink per cartridge, over the original Canon cartridge, which i'm convinced over a period of years the ink quantity has reduced lasting less time, for the same amount of use. Along with a better price to purchase I placed my order, and look forward to a new supply from hopefully a improved source for all future orders. As i write this review only minutes after my order placed. I can't comment on anything more than Sam's very pleasant enthusiastic sales manner, and helpful conversation in answering my questions inspiring me to give them a try with guarantees of total satisfaction, or a response, to any disatisfaction I might have if that was necessary. I read nothing but good reviews to product and delivery times and hope to add to that opinion myself ! SAM has set the ball-rolling so far, and lets see my next review being nothing but praise and customer satisfaction for 'The Cartridge People' from this point on with my full recommendation to others tired of paying excessive prices for what appears not to last very long ! “I have no comment to make about Cartridge people, and the product and delivery were great. But one thing puzzles me, when I sent for for my usual cartridge I applied to Crazey Kangaroo, now asll of a sudden I am dealing with Cartridge People, can you explain this please as I like to know who I am dealing with.”

“Outstanding service from Caroline when ordering my printer cartridge. She was very knowledgeable about model compatibility, and gave me confidence I was ordering the right product.. She was helpful, personable and professional. Delivery was VERY quick. The product arrived just 24 hours after ordering it by phone. The cartridge works perfectly. “Review about Sheree who I spoke to on 11 May 2026 I would like to say how helpful Sheree was. I told her I had a 12% voucher code on my chromebook and it had suddenly disappeared. I also told her that I had been ordering a lot of ink recently but I had not been getting a discount code and had been paying full price. When she checked she said I was not down for marketing and that I must have cancelled it online. I told her I never went online, as I always ordered over the phone. Kindly, she went to the trouble of checking and she agreed that I had never been online in all the time I had purchased ink from the Cartridge people since 2017. She then contacted the IT people and made sure I was put back on the list for vouchers. She said I would get a voucher within a couple of days so I waited. I rang up today and said I had not received a voucher code yet and could she please ask could the 12% discount please be applied for the two black cartridges I needed for my HP Officejet 5230, because I was running really short of ink and I was doing something important which I had to get finished. I found one voucher for 11% but she said the code was out of date. I have not been getting voucher codes, so I didn't have any codes for the large orders I have made recently. She told me to hang on, then she came back on the phone and she was really horrible. She said I couldn't have any discount and I got the impression she hadn't even asked anyone. I am nearly 80 and I do not expect to be treated like that, all the other employees I have spoken to from your company have always been helpful and kind the level of service has alsways been supurb till now. “Sam was very patient and understanding. He listened , asked questions and was in no way judgemental. My problem arose as I didn’t read the instructions. . I thought I knew what I was doing. Sam asked all the relevant questions and very quickly i now have a fully working printer. 10/10 for Sam i wish there was more like him!!”
