“Have used in the past and this time inadvertently ordered the same pack of toner cartridges twice the same evening. I flagged it on a helpful contact form and Melanie called me on my mobile at 9:00am the next day to reassure me it had been spotted and actioned already. She also helpfully talked me through potential cheaper alternatives but wasn’t pushy in any way when I said I wanted to stick with HP originals. Emails received confirming one refund and one dispatch. Thanks Melanie for a prompt and very kind call and sorting my error so swiftly!”

“I have been experiencing printing problems with Own Brand cartridges instead of HP. Speaking to George first he talked me through the possibilities why the cartridges may not work and sent me an email with step by step guidance to rectify the problems. Unfortunately, it did not work. I then spoke to Louise and explained the issued. Louise offered a refund which I have accepted. In due course I will order HP cartridges. It is a pity that the Own Brand cartridges did not work for me. However, I was pleased with both, George's and Louise's responses and customer card. They are an asset to Cartridge People. Thank you, George and Louise!”

“Not for the first time have Cartridge people helped me out. This time I'd ordered a black cartridge when really, required a colour cartridge. “I contacted you via the chat service and spoke to Melanie thinking that wrong cartridges had been delivered. She was extremely helpful and looked up the type of cartridges that had been delivered and type of printer. She acted in a very professional manner despite the fact that I had made a mistake. “Hi there, I needed to return my inkjet cartridges because they were not working with my printer. Melanise sent me instructions for some procedures that might help. Unfortunately this did not solve my problem. However Melanie continued to give me great after-sales service and arranged for a full refund. This was all done in a couple of hours on the second of January. I will be recommending cartridge-people and would like to name Melanie too for her help.”
