“Absolutely superb customer service from Alex. I purchased genuine Brother cartridges at a huge cost only to have my printer die on me before I had the chance to install the new cartridges. I had to purchase a new printer - an Epson ET 3850. I called Cartridge People and spoke to a lovely guy by the name of Alex to see if I could get a refund on the unopened cartridges and they didn't quibble whatsoever. An absolute gem of a company! Will definitely use again when I need to refill my new printer tanks? Thank you!”

“When I had an issue I was able to get through to customer service very easily. The representative was extremely helpful and able to resolve the problem. The remanufactured cartridges work perfectly and are much better value than my printers own brand. Very satisfied with their service.”

“Cartridge People are fantastic, their service is so quick. Ordered one day and received the next! I have only one complaint and it might not be your prducts. I have an Epsom XP 5105 Expression Home and even though I have set the depth of printing to the darkest point, the print is stil feint, which is annoying. Your products are still good and I will continue to use them. Maybe someone with the same printer has the same problem or is there another setting I should use?”
