“I have used cartridgepeople since 2016. I use them mostly because the prices are very good, but also because they deliver very quickly. Recently I went to print a document and my printer wouldn't recognise the cartridge. An online search suggested that this could be due to a chip failure which would be covered by their warranty. I looked back at my order history and saw that the cartridge in question had been purchased over a year ago. I then thought I must be out of luck but a further search told me that their own brand cartridges are covered for three years 😁 I contacted them via the forum on the online website. The next morning Alison replied by email with a set of instructions to resolve the problem. I followed all the suggestions but nothing worked. I then felt a bit despondent, I thought there'd be no way I could prove it was a chip failure, and it took me over two weeks to reply to Alison. I was wrong! Alison got back to me straight away and sent me a replacement cartridge. TL/DR the customer service is excellent and props to Alison👏😎”

“The item was just what I wanted at a good price and when Paypal decided to insert a years old address into the delivery field I then had to call the Cartridge people contact centre. I spoke to someone who was incredibly friendly and helpful and it was sorted in less than a minute. The item arrived within 24 hours, so excellent service. Cheers.”

“My inks arrived quickly. Their own brand is just a good as the hp inks. I was concerned the first time I got them but they have been great and last for ages also a very good price.”

“Bought a cartridge sometime ago now and tried to print off it, but the printer wasn't recognising the amount of ink in it. I contacted Cartridge People and MELANIE informed me what to do. It was all down to the cartridge drying up a bit but after immersing it in warm water the ink started to flow and we're back printing again! Whippee”

We have checked our records and can see that you have not contacted us directly regarding this issue. Unfortunately, we are not always made aware of delivery problems by our couriers, so unless customers let us know there is a problem, we may be unaware that a parcel has not arrived. The vast majority of our orders are delivered within two working days of dispatch. We do ask customers to allow up to five working days for delivery before getting in touch, but your delay is clearly much longer than we would expect. “Having a new printer I required a spare cartridge for when the small OE cartridge runs out. Identification and ordering was simple and at a fair price. Delivery was very rapid. I have not started using the cartridge yet, but from previous experience with CP I am sure it will be fine. Will reorder from CP when required and reccomend.”
