“Evri were unable to find our home address to make the delivery, but Phil (Cartridge customer service advisor) intervened and redirected to another family member’s home address - and they were finally delivered . Excellent service from Phil.”

“I needed help to update my 'title' having just updated my family name and email in my account. Simon Heath was able to point me immediately to the way I could do this and it worked easily. I must also commend your company on having a way to update 'titles' because I have found that doing this is virtually impossible with so many other organisations and companies. 5 stars all round!”

“I had a problem with receiving an 'empty envelope' that had been ripped when purchasing some Ink. When I explained to cartridge people that I haven't received my items they were very apologetic and sent out replacement straight away which I received the very next day! Special mention to Si Bennett for sorting this out for me”

“Subsequent to placing an order for Brother cartridges I received a phone call from Cartridge People suggesting - or rather urging - me to switch to their own brand cartridges. I was sceptical since other own brand cartridges I've tried have resulted in photos that didn't dry. They convinced me that their's were as good as Brother originals. They asked me if I'd like some photo paper and an extra black cartridge that I thought was a freebie but was actually a way of keeping the cost of my order the same. The final proof of the pudding will be in the eating, when I replace my current cartridges and see if the own brand alternative is indeed better. Cartridge People have said that if there's no improvement then I can get a refund. So we'll see. Rather pushy service, though, has to be said.”
