“Can be the cheapest for branded cartridges. Don't fall for their own-brand though. they may destroy your printer and then (despite their 'guarantee' they will not replace it.”

Thanks for sharing your experience, David. Our ‘Lifetime Printer Guarantee’ is a clear testament to the faith we have in our Compatible Own Brand ink, toner and label tape products. However, it does come with the following terms and conditions: Our guarantee applies to all Cartridge People Compatible Own Brand ink, toner and label tape products. It doesn’t extend to compatible products bought from other retailers or original manufacturer products (OEM). The guarantee applies if an issue with your printer has been caused by Cartridge People Compatible Own Brand product(s). We may need to see photographic evidence or have an engineer provide support before we agree to replace your printer. Initially, we’ll offer telephone support to try and address any issues. If our Compatible Own Brand products cause an issue that requires a replacement, we’ll provide one from our stock, possibly a refurbished model with similar specifications. If a replacement is needed, we reserve the right to issue a printer from our stock, possibly from a different manufacturer. By ‘lifetime’, we mean as long as you continue to use Cartridge People Compatible Own Brand products in your machine. Our guarantee does not cover accidental damage or printer issues unrelated to the use of Cartridge People Compatible Own Brand ink, toner or label tape products, such as paper jams, broken trays, faulty displays, electrical faults or connectivity issues.
