“I had some trouble with forgotten password when trying to check my latest order. Problem was that I use two email addresses which confused the auto password reset. After several attempts using the auto system for setting up a new password In the end I had to resort to sending an email and the response by Wiktoria was quick and effective. All's well that ends well. Hope to receive my order on time. It's always worked well in the past.”

“Always had quick response to orders. Have had occasional problems with cartridges, but these were overcome by detailed technical solutions, or, when those failed, by a no-quibble immediate replacement.”

“Excellent customer service. I recently ordered some ink cartridges from Cartridge People. Unfortunately Evri managed to damage my parcel in transit. I contacted Cartridge People and they very quickly dispatched a replacement order the same day. Despite their best efforts, Evri then failed to deliver the parcel again. I contacted customer services again and asked if a replacement could be sent via a different courier as I didn’t trust Evri to actually get it to me and Chris very kindly immediately sent a replacement via a different courier which arrived next day. I cannot fault the customer services, they have been so helpful. I have yet to try the ink cartridges but they are a really competitive price and they appear identical to the branded cannon ones I normally use.”

“Superb service. Phoned on Monday when having problems with a new cartridge, spoke to a person who tried to resolve it without success. Said they would send a replacement FOC. Received 1.00pm Tuesday with some tea bags, now printing away with a nice Cuppa. Excellent”

“I forgot to request my discount that the Cartridge People were offering on my order. I text the company and received a very quick reply from one of their staff, Simon Heath. He was most respectful and stated that he would look into my omission. This he did again quickly and the discount was credited to my account. It is most refreshing nowadays that a Company and its employees respond in such a respectful manner. I didn’t expect that he would be able to reimburse me but it was of no trouble to him. GREAT service.”

“I ordered printer cartridges recently , but the courier failed in his responsibility in next day delivery . This lead to claims from CARTRIDGE PEOPLE which took a little time to resolve. This was purely down to DPD .”
