I had a problem with a Cannon compatible black ink cartridge (own brand) whereby it was not printing properly despite several attempts to rectify using the printer cleaning program. I contacted The Cartridge People and Melanie was excellent. She very quickly arranged for a replacement ink cartridge to be sent to me. I am very pleased with the customer service provided by Melanie.

My order was expertly handled by Phil. One of the reasons why I always deal with Cartridge People is because you make telephone ordering easy. I also think your own brand inks are unbeatable!

Having purhased Canon replacement inks on line, I received a phone call the next day from Cartridge People sales team who tried to use "very hard sell techniques" to get me to change my order to CP own brand acrtridges. NB in the ordering process CP state that "mobile telephone number would only be used in connection with my delivery" !!!!! This is a total lie !!! They refused to accept that I wanted only to purchase the Canon product & kept trying to sell me their own product. The whole experience was disgusting & I wish I had ordered again with Staples who were only £1 more expensive. I will never use CP again after this experience & will make others aware of the awful sales techniques they use.

I did not receive my package, due to the courier not delivering it to a safe place, and LUCY (from Cartridge People) was exceptional in dealing with it, and has resolved by re sending my order... A+++ for customer service. It was NOT the fault of Cartridge people, but they have dealt with it very professionally, will definitely be using them in the future... HIGHLY recommend Company.

The delivery was held up by the post around the New Year. Ringing CP couldn’t have been better or more helpful. An excellent company with excellent staff.

This company gave me the best service that I've ever received, it's clear that there is a genuine care for their customers and the representitive that I spoke with over the phone, Sam, was very helpful and kind. I needed an order urgently due to my own mistake with timing during a busy season, when I emailed them with my concerns I received an extremely quick response and they were happy to upgrade my shipping so that I could get my package on time. It was a big relief and many companies would not have done this, so thank you! You've definitely earned my loyalty and I'll be shopping here for all of my inks from now on.

Cartridge People deliveries do arrive swiftly but one. Before Christmas I placed an order of ink toner and Evri was late with our delivery. I arrived back to the office in the new year and Evri had lost our parcel. Cartridge People customer services team has been very supportive with dealing with the matter. The issue has been resolved and I kindly asked them not to use Evri which they have taken on board.

Fantastic customer service as always Sam was very helpful and helped me at every stage even emailed a guide to run through incase this issue happened again. Turned out it was an internal user that selected auto updates by accident and locked the function to not update. Thank you Sam great help!!
