I have been a customer of cartridge People for a few years now and customer service has always been top quality. Always helpful and answer queries quickly either by phone or email. I wanted to recycle my printer ink cartridges and they have a free service to do this. Also product and pricing is good and competitive, I would definitely recommend Cartridge People

Unfortunately a tiresome "sell, sell, sell, aren't we great" organisation totally unfamiliar with actual customer care. I got used to the charming if lengthy sales pitches for their own brand whenever I ordered any oem product. But when I wanted to return an item where I had merely opened the cardboard packaging (with cartridge still sealed in polythene), Cartridge people were very short and to the point with a "No!". If you want a laugh (but not re-assurance) take a look at their empty Satisfaction Guarantee : "We stand by the quality of our products. If you are not completely satisfied with a product, even if it’s outside our standard return period, please reach out to us". I'd trust Donald J. Trump before I trusted this lot!

Easy to order and came on time with no damage. When I needed to speak to customer services Si Bennet was really helpful and resolved our issue immediately. I would recommend Cartridge People for a five star service.

Having had difficulty placing an order and setting up an account I called Customer Service. Liam helped me place the order then offered advice on other products available. This enabled me to save money on another item I expected to purchase elsewhere. He was helpful, professional, and polite. Thank you. Purchased a new printer which was despatched within three days of the order. However, it was sent via Parcel Force, and required a signature, who tried to deliver it with no notification, so I was not in. Only a note saying we will try and deliver it tomorrow (Friday) no time so again I was not in. This time a card with a tracking number was left. The only way to get it was to drive 12 miles to Exeter and go to PF depot on Saturday morning and 12 miles back. So I'm afraid no points on the deliverer. Use DPD or someone who keeps you advised on delivery progress throughout and who sets a delivery time slot so at least you have a chance of organising life to be in to take receipt, or make contact to rearrange things, like leave with a neighbour etc.

Aden and his colleague who arranged my own brand cartridge delivery at short notice were courteous and helpful (and the wait for an answer to my phone enquiries was minimal, a pleasure in itself)

I bought compatible cartridges from a competitor and they did not work. Following Live Chat and a call with you agent I bought yours - they work! And you have a guarantee they will work - the competitor did not guarantee cartridge recognition problems. Thank You!
