“I rang up to query the order and was put through to Sam, who was friendly and professional . He answered my questions and also gave me advice regarding my printer and third party cartridges. I will try them with my next order. Had I not had that conversation with Sam, I would not have planned to go down that route.”

“Purchased from Cartridge People for the first time last week after find their prices much better than other competitors. Placing the order was straightforward and a confirmation was received via email almost instantly. A second email was received to say DPD would be making the delivery and that the order had left the warehouse - all within 24 hours of placing the order. I did experience some delivery issues (this was due to DPD, not Cartridge People) which were quickly investigated and resolved by Marianne and Sheree. The replacement order sent by Marianne and Sheree was received in less than 24 hours - thank you so much!”

“Alison in Customer Services was so helpful in sorting out my printing problem. She not only offered advice over the phone, but also emailed me further advice from the tech support staff. I have been buying cartridges from Cartridge People for years and I really appreciate their excellent service and great products, many thanks.”

“I had a problem with my ink cartridges not working, but Cartridge People were really great in getting it sorted. Si and Phil were excellent and couldn’t have been more helpful. They sent me multiple replacements until we finally found some that worked. The customer service was quick, friendly and easy to deal with, and they kept helping until the problem was finally resolved. Really happy with the service and I’d definitely recommend Cartridge People.”

“I have purchased my printer cartridges from this company for many years and wouldn't go anywhere else to buy them. They have always given excellent service in every way and are very helpful. I have been particularly impressed with Alison's help recently - sorted out my query promptly and courteously. I feel very happy and confident with the company's own brands, too - they are extremely good value so why buy anything else! - and deliveries usually follow the next day. “I have bought quite a few Cartridge people own brand inks for my HP printer and they do indeed last much, much longer than the real HP ones.... but they do have a few issues, for example, my printer shows them as counterfeit and does not give an ink level reading.... the company gave me a trick to make it work, but it didn't work for me... so, I now have to keep a spare set just incase the ink runs out. One cartridge I recently bought did not work at all....BUT... Sam was on the case immediately and it was quickly replaced. As the cartridges last so much longer than the real deal, I will continue to use this company, purely because the ink lasts so much longer (quality just as good as HP's own) and the customer service is always excellent. Overall... cartridges 98%, but customer service 100%... thank you.”

“I have been a customer for several years and the service has been professional every time. SAM talked me through a slight problem when entering my credit card details and soon got things sorted. “I received excellent, friendly service from this company when speaking to Marianne after unsuccessfully attempting to fit cartridges for the first time. She patiently talked me through what to do, following up with an explanatory email. I advised her that I had got it sorted and she assured me me of any help required in the future. I will certainly use Cartridge People again and recommend to friends and family”
