“We received the cartridges quickly and although sceptical were pleased to discover that our HP printer actually recognised and accepted own brand cartridges which were cheaper.”

“I had a problem with my delivery - the package was damaged and the contents lost. Lindsay from Customer Services responded quickly to my email and arranged a replacement delivery very promptly. Extremely impressed.”

“I ordered a set of 8 cartridges for my printer but only 5 arrived so I emailed back with a photo asking if there was another package to come. I was told that there wasn't and it was an error in the warehouse. Rachel and Phil got on to it straight away and I received the missing 3 cartridges the next day.”

“This is a fantastic company for all printing needs and I have used them for a long time. Print cartridges are competitively priced and the service is excellent with fast delivery, and excellent customer service where emails are answered very promptly. I have an HP printer which wasn't accepting own brand cartridges, but I couldn't figure out why and Alison was able to help me through compatibility issues and where to look to get the information. As the cartridges were not suitable, she arranged for me to have a refund and it was credited to my account within a couple of hours so I can order HP cartridges. I can highly recommend Cartridge People and I wouldn't use another company.”

“Phil was very helpful. He showed me how to check the ink left in the colour cartridges to make sure I was only ordering those I needed. Confirmation of my order followed straight away as promised. Excellent service.”

“Rachel was very helpful. I only received half my order (the packaging was damaged which was probably more an Evri problem) and when I mentioned the issue, Rachel quickly resolved it and organized a replacement. My only issue moving forward is the choice of courier and will have to consider paying extra to avoid using Evri.”
