“With a bereavement in the family, Phil and Chris couldn't do enough to help us through a difficult time with support on what products we could return, what correct products we actually need for the machines we now have and the support through to account credit. Will definitely continue using Cartridge people for the future!”

“I ordered Cartridge People cartridges for my HP printer in October. They were delivered next day and I was delighted. All was well until HP did a firmware update such that HP then blocked the printer ! I contacted Melanie who supported on preventing future firmware updates, and arranged to send a replacement set of cartridges immediately. Very happy with the service I have received thank you”

“Have been using Cartridge People for years and they have always provided excellent service. Speedy delivery and when there has been an issue - through no fault of their own it's been handled fabulously. Special mention to Melanie as she is an exemplary member of staff and a great representative of the company. Would highly recommend for all your cartridge needs.”

“I have purchased ink here for a few years. Its always been great service. I did have a batch of cartridges that refused to work with my Brother printer but everyone has been speedily replaced. Great service.”

“I would like to bring to your attention the service I received from Aden. I ordered cartridges. When they arrived three were broken and the powder dispersed and spilling. I phoned to return them and ask for undamaged replacements which proved difficult for you to supply. I therefore asked to speak to Aden having dealt with him previously and he handled my claim in a very timely manner. He was polite, took the time to listen and clarified for me the procedures that your company operate. He was not condescending and reassured me that Cartridge People value their customers and believe in recycling. After reviewing the correspondence, he undertook to give me vouchers for use in ordering from Cartridge People. Rena Bassett”

“Lucy came to my rescue after receiving a cartridge that was not recognised by the printer.. A replacement was received the next day and everything is working perfectly. Lucy was a great help guiding me the process and the problem was resolved in a timely manner. Will definitely be using Cartridge People again.”

“Great prices and quick delivery. My parcel was left with a colleague and I didn't realise it had been delivered. Marianne very kindly took the time to help me with the tracking and sent me the courier's photo so that I could find who had nicked my toner. Great service and friendly comms. “Very impressed how quickly Rachel dealt with the cancellation of the order/refund. The only reason for cancelling was that the printer, that I had been using until 10.45pm the night before, stopped working this morning at 8am! It is quite old and been worked quite a lot. A new printer has been ordered and in due course will contact you for replacement cartridges as I know that your customer care is excellent.”
