“Unfortunately I had a problem with my delivery through no fault of the company. I contacted Customer Services and was answered almost immediately by a lovely lady called Marian. She listened to my problem and told me she would contact the couriers immediately and come back to me. Later in the day she phoned me just to keep me updated, but at this time had no information from the couriers. The following day she again contacted me saying sorry about the non- delivery and would I like the order re-sent or a refund. Unfortunately, I needed the cartridges urgently and had already ordered from a 24hr delivery company, so requested the refund. All through this Marian was very professional and said she would get the refund sorted immediately. I will of course contact you again should the order turn up. I would also like to state that I have never before dealt with such a marvellous customer service, therefore the company name is still 1st in my company list.”

“I have been using Cartridge People for my ink supplies for a while now because of their keen prices and fast delivery. Recently I was looking to buy some A2 Epson matte paper, my normal paper supplier did not sell it so I did a search and found that Cartridge People had a good price for that product. The paper came next day but sadly was damaged. I took photos and got in touch with Cartridge People. I was very pleasantly surprised at there response, Lucy returned an email quickly, expressing apologies for the mishap and an understanding of my concerns, she explained how the item was dispatched by a 3rd party company and asked how I would like it to be resolved. One or two emails were exchanged and finally the issue was resolved. This is just how a successful company should respond, a potentially damaging incident inverted into one of gained trust, well done to Cartridge People and particularly to Lucy.”

“Had a problem with a cartridge that my printer classed as not compatible. As it was bank holiday spoke to Marianne on Tuesday who was very helpful. Despite using her advice to resolve the problem it did not work. A free replacement arrived the NEXT day. This time it worked. Thanks”

“Cartridge People have provided me with ink cartridges for many years and always delivered a faultless service. A slight glitch recently; my printer would not accept the colour cartridge. But no problem. Gemma and Lucy between them provided a full set of instructions on how to attempt to cure the problem and, when I still had no success, they instantly reminded me that the company offered a complete satisfaction guarantee. A new cartridge arrived today, is installed and working. A brilliant service all round.”

“I recently purchased some toners and drum units for my printer which arrived in short order. Unfortunately two of drum units caused blurring and ghosting. I called and spoke to Lindsay who was really helpful and professional. She kindly agreed to send two new drum units. Hopefully this will resolve the problem. Really impressed with the quality service from Cartridge People and Lindsay.”

“Customer focused and a great service. Ordered some ink for my printer via the website whihc appeared to go through ok, but ogt a call later that day from the office to say they had website problems and my order hadnt gone through. had they not told me I would have been none the wiser sat waiting for a delivery. They offered to take the order over the phone but at that time i couldnt do it. placed the order on the website the next day no problems and everything went like clockwork. Ink turned up within the correct delivery window, well packaged and secure. Great price and a recycle bag for the old cartridges. Great service. Great price. Well done.”
