“Dealt with this company for many years now never had any problems, even if there’s any issues with the products, phones them up they resolved it really quickly. Best thing is you can actually pick up the phone call them and speak to a person and their guys are really lovely.”

“The company has always been very responsive when notified that I need a new toner cartridge or a new supply of printer paper. On the one occasion when the packets of paper I had ordered arrived damaged, CP replaced them quickly and without qubbling. If I have a reservation it is my printer will not display the page count on CP's compatible toner cartridges. While it is not a great problem for black (which I get through very quickly), it can result in inaccurate, or missing, colour - until I have worked out what is happening.”

“Excellent service. I ordered my HP cartridges on line. Shortly after I received a call to tell me about an offer using Cartridge Peoples own brand. I was sceptical at first but decided to give them a go. They arrived the following day, worked just as well in my machine and much better value. Very happy, thank you.”

“I will never use this company again. I ordered one thing and have since been bombarded with phone calls and emails. It's WAY too much. I just want to buy what I want and move on. I found it super annoying that you would continue to try and call me.”

“Always a great company to deal with with friendly advice and understanding especially if there is problem with the order which is very rare. Dekivery is very prompt and ink cartridges ordered are always packaged very securely. A great service which I would recommend to friends.”
