“Ŵe had pleasure of speaking with Sam when ŵè placed our order for replacement ink cartridge this Morning. Also when ŵè contacted the company this mornìng we did have some concerns ŕe the printer Operation But Sam was very happy to spend the time with me resolving the issues we are very pleased That our printer is working correctly. “I was impressed with the Cartridge People when placing a first order: speaking to customer services; getting assurance that I had the right product as I had a new printer and was wanting a replacement cartridge; and negotiating a better deal, ordering two cartridges and getting next day delivery free. Unfortunately DPD were not as helpful. After initially saying they had the parcel, their tracking system then flagged up “There’s been a delay; we’ll update shortly”. That message remained unchanged and DPD did not respond to my emails. Thankfully, I contacted the Cartridge People. Gemma responded extremely quickly, looked into the problems, was assured the parcel had been handed over to DPD who would look for it, and was most helpful. I was away for a couple of nights and with DPD still not updating their message, I contacted Gemma again. She organised for a replacement parcel which was delivered the next day. I thought Gemma did her very best to ensure I received the parcel, where she was reliant on DPD for the delivery, and her efforts meant I now have my cartridges. A 5 star performance from Gemma and the Cartridge People, but because of the DPD delays, I’ve given 4 stars overall.”

“I have been using CP for a coiple of years now, mainly buying original ink cartridges for my HP Envy 5644 printer. Last October I noticed that CP were offering comparable print cartridges for less than the HP originals. Today I needed to change the cartridge and used the CP version. I changed out the cartridges and when I tried to print all I got was plain paper coming out of my printer. I telephoned CP and spoke to a gentleman called SAM, and after confirming my ID was able to tell me that I had not removed the tape over the print head on the cartridge. Once removed of course everything was working ‘hunky dory’ thanks to Sam’s helpful guidance. A good job well done, Sam. Regards Roy Jillings..”

“Cartridge People can always be relied on to offer competitive prices. I use their own compatible toner in my Samsung Express printer. It is much better value than the Samsung version and the print quality is as good. I also use a CP printer drum - works perfectly.”

“I have dealt with Cartridge People for quite a number of years and trust the company very much I placed an order recently and it was never delivered in the past all deliveries were by Royal Mail my latest order was supposed to be delivered by EVRI but I never received it fortunately I contacted customer service and chatted to Lucy who was a great help and reordered my order”

“I ordered Cartridge People cartridges for my HP printer in October. They were delivered next day and I was delighted. All was well until HP did a firmware update such that HP then blocked the printer ! I contacted Melanie who supported on preventing future firmware updates, and arranged to send a replacement set of cartridges immediately. Very happy with the service I have received thank you”

“I have purchased ink here for a few years. Its always been great service. I did have a batch of cartridges that refused to work with my Brother printer but everyone has been speedily replaced. Great service.”
