“The cartridge and biros arrived fairly quickly. Their own make biros are lovely - I bought 20! I always buy Brother ink and not own make. I had ticked 'no' to receiving notifications of products and offers, yet before they even sent my order, I had a phone call trying to persuade me to buy their own make instead of Brother. Very annoying. Hence only 4 stars.”

“Excellent service in the actual company alone...although it's a shame I can't say that of the delivery driver who was jamming the package through the door before I stopped him going any further damaging the ink cartridges inside....”
