“I purchased a 4 wheel laptop case but there was an issue with the supplier and I didn’t receive my order. After emailing Cartridge People my issue was picked up by Vicky - who may I say couldn’t have been any more helpful! Replacement laptop case sent out right away. Thank you Vicky A** customer service!”

“For first time I had a problem with a cartridge installation.I spoke to Sam /Lyndsay who ran me through a procedure of cleaning and rebooting which unfortunately didn’t work so a replacement was offered which arrived promptly and on installation the printer is now working.Thanking you for excellent service”

“parcel was couple of days late arriving, contacted customer support. Phil looked into it for me, he saw that the parcel was held up at a delivery depot, he immediately despatched a replacement parcel to avoid any more delays. Great stuff. Thanks Phil.”

“Excellent service from Melanie at Customer Services. Had a oroblem as my printer not talking to the cartridge. Gave excellent advice to check why but unfortunately it didnt work. Without any discussion I have a new one on its way, free of charge. Very good and knowledgeable representative Melanie. Will keep using Cartridge People, they aee fab! BG”

“In all my dealings with Cartridge People, I have been met with courtesy and helpfulness. Marianne has been very helpful in sorting out a query this week where I forgot to put in the code for 10% off the price offered, whereupon she has refunded me the difference. I feel confident dealing with the company and will continue using them for my printer cartridges.”

“Very competitively priced and quick delivery. On the one hand I could leave a poor review as for some reason, this cartridge really upset my printer and I had a lot of upheaval trying to print. But Liam in Customer Service was very helpful and after lots of on and off, uninstall then reinstall of printer, I eventually got to print - thanks for your help Liam.”

“When I phoned to order a replacement cartridge (to replace one that appeared to be faulty although I could not see anything wrong with it) the lady on the phone told me they would send one immediately free of charge. In fact it arrived in the post promptly so that I could use it to complete an urgent print job at home. I did not have to spend any money on a cartridge which would have been more expensive.”

“My contact today was that my black toner cartridge had run out after 832 pages when as advertised as over a 1,000 fro a cartridge. Sam explained that that amount of pages would be if only a percentage of the page was printed, my pages were full of text. Sam suggested I use a higher yeald cartridge T K247 which I have now ordered. So very good advice from Sam, but I think the cartridge advert should somehow point out how the cartridge pages depends of the amount of print being used on them. Roy Rice”

“I emailed Cartridge People regarding my last two deliveries of toner cartridges where the wrapping was ripped and torn. Indeed the delivery I had in May enclosed metal objects for a car repair . . . . nothing to do with me. The delivery driver said he had put all my order back in the bag and sealed it up. Clearly not! Chris telephoned me back very swiftly today listened to my experience and very quickly shared a solution which ensured I was being taken seriously and that action would be taken with dpd. I was party to what was going to happen and how it would be monitored and a voucher was added to my account for my trouble. Most importantly I was to be supplied with the super pens that had been lost and a 'brew in a bag' was to be sent to me in Yorkshire!!!!!! I was impressed with the very friendly and professional service I received!!!”
