“ordering on the website was straight forward and cheaper than the branded cartridges, which when inserted identifies as branded even though the are own brand cartridge. Delivery is kwick, usually next day or a couple of days, since using themihad no issues with my printer, unlike when I used refilled ones”

“Excellent service! Very good price, very quick delivery. I've not installed any of the toners from this order yet, but I have been using the same version of toners previously ordered through CP and they've been absolutely fine so far. Also, within an hour of placing my order, CP rang me to offer me a cheaper option, although I didn't take this offer up on this occasion as I was happy with the product and price that I'd ordered.”

“Ordered 2HP cartridges. After a couple of days I received a phone call from them regarding my order. I was told that the cartridges I ordered only contained 15ml of ink and that this would be an issue if I did a lot of printing. I was told I could buy more substantial cartridges for an extra £15. I declined and requested my original order. I will not be ordering from Cartridge People again, I did not appreciate the attempted hard sell.”

“Great customer service, change order from genuine canon cartridges to cartridge people own brand as more cost effective and the chip is apparently compatible. Came next day, not started to use them as yet but will review them once used them.”
