“My first delivery was an empty envelope, but Phil from customer services was quick to right things and had a replacement sent out very quickly. Shame about EVRI, why can't they provide time-slots for delivery, or allow you to see how close the driver is to your drop, like other delivery companies. I had to stay in for 2 days to wait for both deliveries. My 3 stars reflects the overall experience.”

“The product is good but the delivery was 10 days including waiting in an entire day for delivery times updated 3 times and never met. I had to buy ink locally at £40 which was an unwanted expense. Not sure if I’ll order again if EVRI are doing the delivery.”

“Customer service good at dealing with my complaint about there compatible own toners not being recognised by our printer. I had to pay extra for a branded replacement for the black one. Speed of delivery and response also very good.”
