“Although I do not order a lot from the Cartridge People I do always come back to them when I require replacement ink cartridges. The service is first class with orders being received within 24/48 hours. Jan answered my question regarding disposal of used cartridges within the hour - excellent. Thank you”

“I recently had an issue with an Epson printer which developed a fault only a few weeks after purchase. Although there was some initial disagreement over how the matter should be handled, once Lindsay and Hannah became involved the situation was dealt with professionally and courteously. They arranged collection of the printer, kept me informed, and following its return the matter was resolved with a full refund. Problems can occur with any product, and for me the real measure of a company is how it responds when something goes wrong. I particularly appreciated the assistance provided by Lindsay and Hannah in bringing this matter to a satisfactory conclusion. Thank you both for your help.”

“This is the best company I have ever used for cartridges, and ancillary products! Caroline went above and beyond to help my parcel reach its proper destination. They also suggested their own brand cartridges as they contain more ink…. I was dubious as my printer never allowed me to print without HP ones, but their own brand works perfect saving me a lot! I appreciate this in a company! I’ve put my daughter and friends onto their site too! Well done, great customer service too!”

“I am very happy with the service I have had from this company. I ordered a toner cartridge and the advised one of they're compatables. Unfortunately the compatable didn't work with my printer. I contacted them and with no fuss they gave me a credit and I have now ordered the original from them.”

“I am mostly pleased with this company. They are good at keeping customers informed of any Cost savings they can pass on to customers. With my last order of HP products I received a telecommunication recommending Cartridge People Compatible Inks. Mostly I am happy with using them, until recently, as a result I rang the company. Siobhan, was the operator answering my call. I would like to praise Siobhan for the professional and understanding way my communication was handled, I did ask if I could do a review and include their name. To which Siobhan agreed and said they would send a email with a link. Thank you Siobhan for your assistance and despite my call being made minutes before close off time, you stayed on the the telephone, took my details and resolved my complaint, with no hesitation or inability to act on a decision and resolution. “I had problems trying to get my Brother Printer to accept a new toner cartridge. The "Replace Toner" message would not go and effectively killed the Printer. I used another new cartridge from stock with the same result. Marianne from customer service walked me through the usual fixes to no avail. She sent a replacement cartridge which worked. I went back to customer service and was dealt with by PHIL who was very helpful and ordered another cartridge to top up my stock. I am very impressed by the attitude, knowledge and service provided by all concerned.”
