“Simply the best customer service, knowledgeable and helpful when my printer was not printing. Unfortunately one of the cartridges was faulty. I contacted customer service, I received speedy response, With advice to help resolve the issue. Marianne was extremely helpful, she arranged for a replacement which arrived the next day. Thank you again for fast response and excellent customer service!”

“I haven't yet received my last order as DPD after three attempts said they couldn't find us, but all other delivery companies do. The latest email from them said my order was being sent back to you. We are on the road not down a lane so not at all happy with the delivery.”

“I have been five years a customer, and Cartridge People have never let me down. Competitive prices, reliable products, and when the occasional problem arises it's dealt with promptly and without hassle. Sam deserves a particular mention for handling a faulty cartridge with great efficiency and good humour. Would recommend without hesitation.”

“Great service. My cartridges were returned back to them due to damage in transit, no fault of theirs. I had a reply to my query within an hour and it was a Bank Holiday as well. Replacements sent out next day delivery. Many thanks.”

“I have used Cartridge People for a good number of years now and always found them to be a good company to deal with. This proved to be the case recently when, unusually, I need to replace an item. Wiki, in customer services, was excellent. She sorted out my issue, responding promptly and giving me clear instructions regarding was I needed to do. I couldn't ask for a better service.”

“I ordered my cartridges but had a problem, or so I thought. I rang customer support and was talked through by a very nice gentleman called Liam. I am not very good with technology but he was very helpful and didn’t rush me while explaining everything to me. Thank you so much for your help and patience I will certainly recommend you.”
