“I had a problem with the delivery - Evri had put the parcel under my car in the pouring rain without letting me know. (I was in). The result was a soggy bag and the cartridge boxes wet and coming open. Liam of Cartridge People was very helpful and gave me permission to open the boxes to check - as it happens, the squashing of the outside bag had not damaged the cartridges so I accepted the delivery. So I am happy with the company's service.”

“Cartridge People are excellent - very competitive prices and quick service. However, they use Evri to deliver the cartridges. The last order was just thrown into the snow late at night so ididn't discover it until the next day. Luckily Cartidge People pack well, using a plastic waterproof outer cover.”

“Excellent service from Cartridge People except for one thing. They use Evri as their courier. Evri are the worst couriers of all!! My last delivery was put in my rubbish bin the day before it was collected. Pure luck I found it in time!”

“The service and product are always excellent, but i had to return a faulty cartridge (the first one in several years of using them). The helpful and positive customer service provided by Rachel sorted the problem in a couple of minutes, with replacement on the way immediately. Many thanks”

“Melanie was very helpful in arranging for a speedy and free replacement for a leaking cartridge and advising on cleaning the innards of the printer. The courier company(DPD) was not so efficient, and failed to deliver the next day despite providing a one hour time slot.”

“I didn’t receive all of my order so completed the contact form. Very quickly I received an email from Alison offering to look into the situation. Fortunately the situation resolved itself as the second cartridge was received next day but I was impressed with the quick response I received and the willingness to investigate.”

“Fantastic customer service by Melanie, we had a issue with a printer cartridge, Melanie offered advice and support, when this didn't resolve the issue, she replaced the colour cartridge without quibble, both colour and black now working perfectly. Thank you very much - very impressed! Would definitely recommend Cartridge People.”

“I ordered the wrong cartridge , realised immediately and phoned Cartridge People to cancel it. Very helpful operative, Sam. He kindly cancelled the order and then offered to order the correct one through him which I did. Very courteous and helpful and I was able to re-order with him on the phone and he then sent an email confirming same. Very good experience and so good to be able to speak to someone to get the problem resolved. thanks to Sam”

“Phil was great explaining that despite Brother changing firmware that could not be deleted it is possible to update non-Brother ink cartridges. Will save me 50% of the cost.”
