“I am mostly pleased with this company. They are good at keeping customers informed of any Cost savings they can pass on to customers. With my last order of HP products I received a telecommunication recommending Cartridge People Compatible Inks. Mostly I am happy with using them, until recently, as a result I rang the company. Siobhan, was the operator answering my call. I would like to praise Siobhan for the professional and understanding way my communication was handled, I did ask if I could do a review and include their name. To which Siobhan agreed and said they would send a email with a link. Thank you Siobhan for your assistance and despite my call being made minutes before close off time, you stayed on the the telephone, took my details and resolved my complaint, with no hesitation or inability to act on a decision and resolution. “I had problems trying to get my Brother Printer to accept a new toner cartridge. The "Replace Toner" message would not go and effectively killed the Printer. I used another new cartridge from stock with the same result. Marianne from customer service walked me through the usual fixes to no avail. She sent a replacement cartridge which worked. I went back to customer service and was dealt with by PHIL who was very helpful and ordered another cartridge to top up my stock. I am very impressed by the attitude, knowledge and service provided by all concerned.”

“After we found out your cartridges were not compatable with HPinkjet printer we manaaged to find out hp put a clich in the printer, so could not use the cartridge peoples. so Thankyou vey much for your help Sam/”

“Had a problem with black cartridge, not certain if it was the printer or the cartridge. Explained situation to CP and they offered a replacement or refund immediately. Replacement accepted and received the following day. Dealt with by Simon Heath who provided excellent service.”

“After a problem with a delivery of some cartridges which were delivered some 3 miles from us, Cartridge People were more than helpful and sent a replacement the next day. A further box of cartridges then arrived and with the very helpful Simon Heath we resolved that too. Cartridge People are more than helpful and what's more, you can very easily speak to an human very quickly. I will certainly be ordering future cartridges from them.”
