I placed order with Cartridge People with their Own Brand HP 302XL Black Ink Cartridge, and I had issue with it as it printed half or blank pages while the ink levels was displayed still half full. I reported the problem to the customer service, and I got prompt responses from Sheree, the problems has been resolved, and I am satisfied with the reassured service, and the policy of "products are fully covered with 100% satisfaction guarantee".

It is re assuring to get a helpful human listening and resolving your query. Marrianne could not have been more helpful... a tribute to on line trading! I do wish they could find nother delivery partner however....my order in December got lost in the Evri system although swiftly replaced by Cartridge People. I am still awaiting Evri to come back following further service complaint.

The product is fine but it was ordered on the first of jan and arrived in the 15th of jan. I won't order from you again until you stop using evri as your default courier

Been using them for a few years now, always a very competitive price and excellent service. A recent confusion over a single order being split into separate parcels was quickly checked by Marianne who updated me with the answer.

On 14 January 2026 I rang your company and spoke to Phil. I explained that I wished to purchase a Brother computer to replace my existing one. He was very helpful, patient and polite in taking me through the purchase procedure. I am an existing customer and will continue to be as I have always received a first rate service.

I bought ink cartidges form my printer as they were the cheapest I could find. Moreover their customer service is excellent and Hanah and the team quickly resolved some issues I had on the same day, within hours. Highly recommended

We have been using Cartridge People for years. Quick delivery and always helpful and proactive if something goes wrong (which it rarely does!). We had a delivery go missing recently which was the delivery company's fault, not Cartridge People and Caroline sorted this out for us and it was quickly resolved.

Placed an online order on Tuesday for HP ink bottles, and paid for next day delivery. Unfortunately this did not happen so sent an email asking why. Received a telephone call from Sam at your customer service who explained that the issue was with DPD, and he has now refunded the delivery charge. Excellent service from Sam, and refund was not expected

Great prices and very quick service — cheaper than most places I’ve used. Delivery was delayed slightly due to DPD, which wasn’t the company’s fault at all. Sam was very helpful throughout and kept me updated with the tracking, which was much appreciated. Would definitely use again.

Very clear written explanation and guidance from Sam after I emailed to say my printer still claimed to be out of ink and wouldn’t print even though I’d just put in a totally new cartridge! Thanks Sam - it’s working perfectly now.

Phil was very helpful in taking time to give me a call about my issue and sent detailed information in trying to resolve the problem. Unfortunately it didn't work and then I got an email to confirm the replacement toner was being sent. Thanks Phil for all your help.

A very small part of my order was missing but Si got straight back to me to explain it was dispatched separately and it is on it's way to me. This is my second time of having dealings with The Cartridge People customer service and I have to say that both times their response has been almost instant. I am very happy that to continue using The Cartridge People, a very very good company to deal with and their own brand products are great as well.
