“Very happy with the new ink, thank you. I inquired about recycling the old cartridges using the green bags but found there to be different method now. It seems to be a bit of a palaver now and off putting to recycle which is a shame.”

“One star is a reflection of not be able to get my printer to allow your product to be recognoised at all. I have tried to follow your suggestions which indicate it is standard your cartidges are not recognised but none of them actually apply becaue all my printer suggests is either your cartridges are not fit for purpose (my words) or maybe ink is low. I have wasted hours/days - literally trying to address this with no success. This includes taken the printer off line and not able to get it back on. I'm not tech savy but I have a go. However this has beaten me. Bloody waste of time and money. I feel like throwing the printer out the window. I bought your product in good faith. Any advise?”

“First time buyer. Helpful advice and very quick service. Needed photo printer ink and was sceptical about Cartridge People ink but it has proved to be excellent with good accurate colour. Cost less than branded ink too. So far so good.”
