“Very happy with the service and help I received when speaking to a member of the team regarding the inks I had ordered. They actually telephoned me! I was advised to try the own brand inks (I had previously had problems with my printer using them), and was reassured that they were guaranteed. I took the advice and am very happy with the outcome. I was also emailed the guarantee too. So thank you very much. M. B.”

“Availability of inks for a large range of printers is of prime importance to me and because of this I have used Cartridge People for many years on many types of printer. My only concern has been the delivery company.”

“I haven't yet used the cartridges, but my parcel was delivered promptly and well packed. I am therefore feeling confident that my cartridges will be of a good quality. Will review again once I start to use them.”

“I ordered 2 long life black cartrideges and received just 1, plus a normal twin pack of black and colour. Despite not being what I had ordered I still accepted the delivery.”

“Ordered HP cartridges. Got a call and talked into buying own brand cartridges instead. Fast delivery but incompatible with my printer firmware. Had to reorder and return the useless ones and am still waiting for my refund 😢”

“I was very disappointed this time it took 4 days for my inks to arrive, I normaly get them within 2 days, I didn;t get a recycling bag and I didn't get my usual free pen.”

“Set of compatible toner cartridges for Brother laser printer arrived very quickly. So for I have only installed the yellow cartridge. Included installation instructions were not relevant to my printer but the cartridge dropped in easily and worked first time despite the fact that the cartridge looked slightly different to the original. Pleased with my choice.”
