My most recent purchase once again provvided a cartridge that was incompatible with my printer. As it was my last cartridge, and I neede to print, I decided to resort to 'real' HP cartridges. Fortunatley, I found a supplier whose prices were lower than HP itself. Time ill tell if their cartridges work well. In the meantime, I have deserted Cartridge people after severla years of service.

Site a bit difficult to negotiate to find my printer. Unbelievably expensive. Cartridge itself is perfect and delivery prompt.

My first dealings with this company was ordering cartriges for my Epson printer. For the past 40 years I have always bought only manufacturer's, as I did on this occasion. I was surprised to received a phone call advising me of a special offer which sounded too good to decline. I was horified to then receive third party equivalents. I wait to see how they perform compared to Epson's cartridges.

Unfortunately the ultnative Brother toners did not work in my machine.

Sending out Cartridge is fine but please do not use Evri. I live in a secure flat so they need to buzz me which they did but did not deliver it to my flat instead left it outside the Managers door they also left a parcel for someone else which I delivered to them. I do not think I would order again.

However, I am sorry you are disappointed in the delivery Evri is our main courier however, we do offer a DPD next day delivery service at a cost if you need ever need any cartridge. We did specify genuine Epson cartridges But on arrival this morning we discovered they were 'own brand' cartridges after telephoning and speaking to one of your young ladies we said rather than sending then back we will try them as we do a lot of high quality printing we will see how they perform failing that for future orders we would prefer Epson 603 XL starfish We will let you know Thankyou for you prompt delivery and courteous staff Christopher Morris

Too much hard sell on their own brand cartridges which are not as good quality and clog the printer. Loads of prompts when making the order and then a follow up phone call prior to dispatch to try to get me to change my mind!

Was told that the printer came with no ink, this was a total lie, in order to gain further sales by my purchasing ink i did not need, this type of sales pitch only does bad for your business and only means that I will think twice about purchasing any further products from your company, as I only deal with honest businesses.

Product despatched by Cartridge People very quickly however then lost by EVRI who failed to find the item Once CP were involved their response was a replacement sent out immediately with no hassle

Hoefully these will better than the last 604xl cartidges you sent me. The colours were very pale.

The price was good and delivery prompt but cannot give 5* as did not appreciate getting a phone call and then a message from the Cartridge People trying to upsell to buy more, before dispatching my ite.. Unsolicited and invasion of privacy

When I install the latest cartridges that I purchased I get the message "UNSUPPORTED CATRIDGE; THE CARTRIDGE INSTALLED IS NOT COMPATIBLE WITH YOUR PRINTER". wHY IS THIS?

I responded to an email at the end of May offering me a special price on black/colour (2) cartridges. The cartridges arrived very quickly but no special price seems to have applied.

Unfortunately the company was let down by the very poor courier service of Evri. I did eventually get my order delivered though Evri didn't seem to have any idea when that was going to be. It was out for delivery on Thursday, 30th May which didn't happen. Received an apology and that it would be delivered the next working day - it wasn't. Then a further apology etc etc. It eventually arrived on Wednesday, 5th June though the courier didn't bother ringing the doorbell and I found out via email.

This is not the normal service we would expect from our delivery company and this will be noted and discussed with them. We completely understand how frustrating it can be when your order of Ink Cartridges does not arrive on time.
