Product is fine but delivery took 9 days meaning that in the meantime we had to go and buy a cartridge from a shop in order to complete our tasks thus incurring additional costs to our community group

Caroline was very helpfull and resolved my issue qiuckly. I give a 3 star as the product was not what i was expecting however the costomer service was very good.

Ordered a cartridge. It came within 48 hrs as expected Had a problem with it, was resolved in online chat promptly by a helpful assistant Ended up needing a refund, which was agreed to without question. So that was easy. The problem was I ordered an own brand toner cartridge. The printer didn't recognise it. The online chat suggested some reasonable things to try but that didn't solve the problem, so they agreed to a refund without quibble. I was told to recycle the cartridge rather than return it. That was 30 mins ago, so I havent looked for the refund to my credit card yet, but I presume there wont be a problem. I will now order the original branded toner cartridge. So a mixed review. Own brand product didn't work, but everything about customer service was very smooth.

Recently I bought some inks from CP after consulting with a friend who already used them. He said they worked flawlessly with his Epson printer. I had recently bought a Canon Pro 200 and genuine Canon inks are expensive, so I ordered a set of compatible CP inks once the originals had run out. I had problems from the off with either nothing coming on the print or just a base colour or after tests only half a head clean pattern. To say I was frustrated by this was an understatement. I was on the verge of ordering a fresh set of genuine Canon inks from CP until I saw the 100 percent guarantee. I contacted CP and was replied to within half an hour. I went through the problem and Alison at CP guided me through what to do to resolve the issue. It worked but by then the inks had run out, so I asked if they could send me a replacement set, which they did. After opening this set I had small ink leaks from the cartridges but continued with setting up the printer again. I managed to get an A4 print from them but then the same problem occurred and nothing was printing. I contacted CP again and Si Bennett contacted me setting out my options. Although I would have liked to have had the cost saving CP inks in my printer, I've chosen to get a refund and will consider my options for the future. Customer service was first rate just unfortunately the inks don't like my printer.

The service was good and efficient but I was very disappointed as I had ordered Epson 29 cartridges and your own brand arrived which were not Epson. My printer rejected them initially. It took a long time to get them working.

You as a Company are probably very professional but you need to consider changing your delivery courier. Evri notified me on the status of my delivery but the parcel was delivered to the wrong address. They took a photo of the front door of the house. That's the point I live on the top floor of an apartment block on the corner of Union Square and Portland Road number 5. Postcode WA5 3SN. How could they get such a basic task so wrong. Obviously the parcel from you has never been delivered. I've emailed Evri but had no reply.

I have a new dcp-L3520cdw and sadly the fitting parts/levers were missing on several of the compatible cartridges recieved and no instructions. I went into full blown panic mode and left an sos telephone message with the company. Thankfully my millennium son unscrewed the parts needed off of my original brother cartridges and resolved the situation so I did not need to return my order

placing the oder was good with no problems but delivery was not good as it took 3 days before succesful delivery - the evri drivers on the first 2 days were unable to find the property - had ti resort to 2 word location maps as the drivers were failing by using google maps - this was not good as google maps clearly identifies the property

The CP service is usually very good ... the Evri courier service is poor. Delivered my cartridge to the wrong address. Took an hour of my life to sort it out. Please sign up a better courier who share the same customer service values as CP.

No problem placing or receiving the order. It is just a pity that your prices aren't cheaper. In my case, it is almost as cheap to buy a replacement printer.

The order process was straight forward. Unfortunately, I am still awaiting delivery of the cartridge. Rachel, your staff member, has been trying to find out from Evri why the package has not been delivered, with no luck. A second cartridge has been sent and I changed the delivery point on 2 Jun but Evri, being Evri, has not delivered the item so I cannot comment further.

After the last fiasco when I tried to place an order it was some time before I tried again. The first time they ohoned me to try to persuade me to change my order. I got a refund instead. This time they charged more than the advertised price and got the order wrong. They did quickly say that they had returned my payment and cancelled my order. I would rather not have the hassle.

I would give a 5/5 if it was not for the hounding I got when I didn't immeadialty checkout my latest order, I was just too busy and had evern intention to go back and complete the transaction, I didn't need the 4-5 calls to add pressure. Too much!

Great product at reasonable price, very quick delivery. 3 stars because the delivery company, Evri, are awful, parcel was thrown over back gate and left in the rain.

I’m led to believe that Cartridge People’s own brand cartridges are excellent, which is why I was persuaded to buy some, however, I’ve yet to use any of them in my Epson printer, so I’m not really in a position to write a review just yet.
