They are normally very good and do arrive quickly unfortunately on this occasion the courier (evri) crammed it through the letter box so the boxes are damaged I just hope the cartridges are OK.

Ordered inkjet cartridges on the 5th August and up to today 17th August still haven't received them

Caftridge people themselves were fine but I was dismayed to find the cartridges were delivered by Evri. At least they were delivered. I have had major problems with Evri in the past including them entering my back garden where they shouldn't have been and leaving the gate open so the dog escaped and was just found before she got to the main road, and losing some bespoke curtains. My neighbours all had similar problems. I will not be ordering again if Evri are the delivery company.

Lindsay and Caroline were very helpful in replacing an ink cartridge which simply refused to work. Free replacement cartridge arrived the following day. Excellent

Personally I would prefer the package of my order to be delivered by Royal Mail. I have had one delivery by courier missing my address completely Couriers tend to be lazy, very rarely take the trouble to ring my door bell, just leave the package where it could be trampled on and damaged

I have to say the service is very good. However, after been recommended to purchase your own branded cartridge for my my Brother printer and told that the quality was similar to Brother's own. I am dissapointed in the quatity of the print. It is very light.

I have been a customer for some years and reordered a set of printer cartridges. Received a phone call to say a special promotion was on which I understood was a second set of cartridges for almost half price. However I noticed our credit card was charged for a full set less £18 discount on a set that cost over £220. I emailed pointing this out but not even a reply which is not good customer relations.

Everything about the website is great. The order always arrives in super quick time. What does my head in is every time you place an order for genuine ink you then receive a phone call to try flog you own brand instead. Firstly we’ve seen your own brand stuff because you put that first in the search results, secondly it we wanted own brand, we’d just choose that to start with wouldn’t we?!? Apart from the annoying after sales method all good.

Bought printer ink from cartridge people ordering was simple and delivery was next day, unfortunately one ink cartridge (yellow) was not sealed and the ink covered my hands and desktop. Very disappointed

I ordered my ink cartridges on Sunday night but they didnt arrive until late Thursday which was very dissapointing as I had loads of work I needed to do.

Great price led to an order and ver pleased with the cartridges, when they finally arrived. But I really don’t understand why the continued use of Evri for deliveries.

Good price and quick delivery. Could have done without the hard sell phone call after placing my order trying to get me to change to own brand cartridges. This has really put me off and I probably won’t use again.
