This was a dificult decision.. I have bought in the past two full sets of laser cartridge. Both of them wer a poor quality....mmm .. So I reverted back to HP branded amd hay I can see that it actually ptrints black and not gray streaks. They tell me they NOW use the same toner as HP . but afyter two fails do I want to risk it...

Cartridge people fine delivery left a lot to be desired waited a good week for them to arrive good job I was not desperate

The ink arrived on time but I have yet to try it. I went through TopCashback and, even though I met the criteria by buying one of their own-brand inks (after a phone call to persuade me to do this), they refused the cashback & "have since left the site". So not impressed by that.

I bought the equivalent to an HP901 but find the print feint and it won't print upper case 'I'. I was trying to print off a couple of documents this morning but it would only print one. Tried several times with the other document but no success.

You can opt down/reduce the amount of emails you receive in your account - you can do this by logging into your account and clicking on Manage Marketing Preferences. Then opt down to the following options for marketing emails - weekly, fortnightly, monthly, every 3 months. This not so much a criticism of Cartridge People as it is of Evri, the shipping agent. Having dumped my printer underneath my car (my neighbour saw them do it) they have now contacted me to say that the cable sent to me will be delayed for unspecified reasons.

The product is fine. The delivery was late. Evri delivered. I realise it was a bank holiday and things could be delayed. But I needed the cartridge fairly quickly and could not afford to pay expedited charge. In the end I had to struggle to find the money to buy a cartridge elsewhere, in order to complete my job on time.

Ordered 2 x hp cartridges then got a phone call to say that their own make was better so would I like to change. I said I would expecting 2 x cartridges but received 1 x cartridge and some paper which I didn't need.

Seem to have a good stock and delivered swiftly and efficiently, but I didn't like being repeatedly hassled to buy an own-brand in preference to an "official" Epson cartridge.

I'm sure company itself is fine I'm just stuck with cartridges , the right ones apparently but my printer won't work when I put them in unfortunately

Fast delivery and product came as described. However, I did not appreciate the phone call from a woman in their office trying to get me to buy their own product and her attitude when I said I didn’t want to change to their own product. I’m guessing they work on commission. Don’t think I will use again.

Delivery and costs are good. However, all previous Epson compatible inks have been supplied in vacuum packed sealed plastic ensuring that they are in excellent condition when opened. The latest inks have been supplied in air filled plastic bags, Cartridge People have told me that they are good and are subject to their 3 year guarantee. I won't be using these latest inks for a good while yet, so we will see if they are okay when they do get opened.

Thank you for your feedback. As advised by out customer advisor: The packaging of the products can vary depending on the manufacturer however the quality of the products remains unchanged. Rest assured our Own Brand cartridges you have purchased are completely covered under our 3 year guarantee for peace of mind in the unlikely event any issues should occur with the cartridges we have supplied. While the product is what I wanted at a good price, the customer service is not. They phoned after the order to try to sell me their own brand cartridge and wouldn't take no for an answer. Based on that experience I'm not sure if I'll purchase from them again. It's not worth the hassle of annoying people.

I have bught cartridges from Cartridge people for a number of years and have always been very happy. The latest cartridge are in boxes with foreign print on the outside and does not state Cartridge People. As these are replacements for the stock I keep so I have them on hand when the printer runs out I am hoping that they are up to Cartridge People's previously high standard but I won't know that until I use them

Because we got complaints about paper waste, we have now started emailing over the invoice receipts upon request. I have arranged for this to be emailed over to you straight away. The ink for our printer arrived quickly. However before it was sentthe item I received a phone call from a member of staff who tried to persuade me to change my order to another make. Since my order I have received numerous e.mails again trying to persuade me to order items. If I want to order items from Cartridge I will when I want to not when Cartridge People want me to.

It is a pity that the male operative, who I spoke to about my order, spoke to me in a rude patronising manner. I had my phone on loudspeaker, he was so rude that my husband said he almost took the phone from me to tell him to talk to me with respect!

Easy to order and should have been prompt delivery but they were let down by their de.ive4y company who notified me that they had the parcel, only to say later that it had been delayed. Replacement order eventually received one week later..

If their compatible cartridges were really compatible, I'd give tem five stars, because their service is prompt and reliable. But they promised me the cartridges would work in my printer - and they don't. I could only return the two unopened ones, so lost money.

I have looked and can see that you received a full refund for the cartridges, we only required the unopened ones back but as they were faulty we refunded you for all four cartridges.
