All aspects of your service are first-rate, but with one exception: delivery. I feel very badly let down - as Cartridge People must do too - by the absolutely dreadful performance of EVRI. Surely it's time to give this sorry outfit the same treatment given recently to the Tory party - taking to the rubbish dump as being of no further use to mankind (into landfill - there's nothing worth recycling). I beseech you, for the sake of your business, dump these charlatans before they destroy you! Apparently, there was some way that I could have had DPD instead, but I must have missed something, because I never saw that option when ordering. When we'd had no cartridge delivered by EVRI despite two attempts, Chris - your valiant and ever-helpful super associate persuaded me to give Cartridge People one more try, this time usingDPD. That did the trick - third time lucky. DPD versus EVRI was a night and day difference - the cartridge arrived the next day, within the delivery window helpfully provided by DPD. But, here's the twist. A few minutes after finally receiving the cartridge from DPD, a second package arrived - another cartridge - delivered by, of course, by who else - EVRI - 15 days after the original order was placed! So now, of course, Well, to round things off, Chris has helpfully sent me a prepaid return label so I can send the excess cartridge back. Overall, quite an epic sequence of events! I would say, on balance, that I will consider ordering from Cartridge People again despite the problems I have described. That's because the "human factor" - in the form of the excellent Chris and the attention he paid to the problem I was having - compensated for the awful experience EVRI had put us through. Ordering again will of course be a lot easier if I have a clear choice of delivery service and am able to guarantee absolutely that my order will not fall into the hands of EVRI!

I ordered an hp laser jet cartridge, but was persuaded to change it to the Cartridge People own brand and assured it was 100% compatible. It works, but printer says "empty or fake cartridge" and the supplies display that should show remaining ink level shows nothing. But as I said, it works, and it's considerably cheaper than the HP cartridge.

The dispatch and delivery of the items ordered was great. However I didn't appreciate a) having to provide a phone number and b) being called almost immediately after I had placed my order and being harassed to opt for their own brand product rather than the genuine ink I had purchased.

Having recently ordered, & tried out for the first time, their own brand recycled ink cartridges, I had a n issue with one cartridge not being recognised by my HP printer. Contacted customer services & spoke to Simon, who immediately arranged a replacement cartridge to be sent for next day delivery, with a guarantee that if the second cartridge did not work, they would issue a full refund. The second cartridge as supplied, has worked & printing is as good as the proper HP ink cartridges, for far less the manufactures price. Many thank Simon for excellent customer service.

Already reviewed : item NOT left in porch, but outside front door at 6.30ish. (I was at home) Alerted by neighbour at 7 pm. NOT A SECURE WAY TO DELIVER. "Proof of delivery" is not a map with a blob where my address is.

One of the cartridges I bought in a previous bulk order was faulty and unfortunately out of guarantee. They refused to refund it. £28 down the drain.

Service from Cartridge People fine, it's the Evri delivery service that's rubbish. Waited over a week for delivery even though it was with Evri the day after the order was placed and was getting notifications it was on its way, only to get further messages that there had been a delay. When it finally arrived, the package was damp and soggy. Won't be using CP again until they stop using Evri.

I find that the website is getting more and more complicated, today I looked at two models and feared I had accidentally ordered two items when I only needed one. Having a Remove item buttpn more recognisable and available would have been a good thing Nick Getting

Unfortunately I was disappointed with the customer service. After I placed my order, I received an emailing saying there was an issue with my order and they couldn't get through to me on the phone number I provided. I confirm the phone number was correct and as the phone had been next to me since I placed the order, I was suspicious. Turns out I was right to be, customer service had the total cheek to get me to call them to hear a sales pitch to try and change my order. What a waste of my time!

Parcel had obviously been burst as it was all wet inside Cardboard was wet and cartridges were all loose. Not damaged though - still usable.never had a problem before.

For the second time, I had a problem with a defective own-brand cartridge. However, on both occasions replacements were provided free of charge extremely promptly, and the response via email exchange with Sheree at Cartridge People was friendly and very efficient.
