Disappointed with the club black cartridge which malfunctioned due to a piece of plastic seal from the ink cartridge lodging in the nozzle. It was really difficult to remove the offending fragment without causing damage. The regular cartridges don’t seem to have a seal.

The product and price were good but having placed the order I was then receiving phone calls about "specai offers" (I had to ask them to remove my phone number from the sales list - I wasnt aware of agreeing to it being added?) and after purchase now a steady dtream of emails asking for a review. Writing one to simply stop gettng asked for more! Good product, invasive use of my data

I bought compatible cartridges for an Epson Stylus Photo RX585 which do work and were less than half the price of genuine cartridges but it should be noted that the first time I turn the printer on it doesn't recognise them - I always have to turn it off and then straight back on for them to be recognised.

Too soon to write a review as this is the first time I have bought a Cartridge People branded Hp301 cartridge....not used it yet so hence the 3* rating for being hassled too soon for feedback. Have been a customer for many years and always 5* reviews for the genuine JP branded product. Only decided to try the CP branded product which was essentially sold to me based on an unsolicited call from CP Sales.

Always helpful but for a second time, after being assured that own brand cartridges were OK, I had problems installing it. Will always order genuine manufacturers cartridges from now on

I had to wait a week for the delivery and when it arrived the outer package was torn and the box inside was split open and crushed, fortunately the cartriges inside seem OK, but will not be known until fitted.

You are ok! The cartridges leak when opening and putting them in, but they print ok!

Original package damaged by Evri and not delivered. A week later, thanks to Simon B and his colleague on the phone the cartridges arrived. Cartridge People have been efficient but Evri less so. In this sort of circumstance why can’t a process be set up whereby Evri contacts CP and a replacement is organised immediately and the customer is informed? Why does the customer have to do all the contacting to sort out the replacement - it wasted a lot of my time?

Cartridge people provide a very good service however, this is completely let down by the use of Evri as a courier. Our business is in the centre of a very small town with parking for loading outside, yet still they could not find the building for days. An absolutely dreadful courier and this would be the thing which stops us using them again.

Normally the ink cartridges supplied are compatible with my Epson printer but it is refusing to recognize this last delivery so not very happy.

Ordered HP cartridges which are fine. Good price and delivered quickly. Did not like the hard sell phone call trying to persuade me to purchase own brand cartridges which would have invalidated my printer warranty. Had to be be insistent before he took no for an answer.

Good prices. Not impressed that my phone no. given for delivery purposes was used to ring me (inconveniently) and suggest that I would prefer to order their compatible rather than a branded cartridge; I had ordered what I wanted and did not want an alternative. Cartridge arrived promptly but packed in an unnecessary plastic bag (the cartridge is already packed in the manufacturer's plastic bag, a stiff plastic former and a very stout outer cardboard box) with yet more junk plastic in the shape of an unwanted ballpoint pen. Full marks for pricing; poor practice in fufilling the order.

Ordered some cartridges for my Epson printer. I was told that they would be compatible but unfortunately they weren’t. However, after contacting the team I was immediately issued with a refund so thanks for the quick response and excellent customer service in that regard (1* for the product, 5* for the customer service!)

Will not be using Cartridge People again until they change their carriers Evri delivered the order to the wrong and house some distance away As I am of limited mobility thus caused me a problem

Cartridge People are a good and reliable source of ink cartridges for printers and I've used them for some time and found them very reliable. I don't know when they began using Evri for their deliveries, but they certainly are now. My latest order still hasn't arrived 12 days after Evri got it, and all they can say is that it's been delayed. I do find it quite annoying when companies send requests for a review without bothering to check if the order ever arrived, and this would be one of those times unfortunately. So I may not be using them again if Evri is their courier of choice.
