This is the first poor review I have ever given but I am disappointed. Two compatible ink cartridges were ordered ....one works and one doesn't. Followed a lengthy process to make sure the jets were clean and then was asked to check that the printer was compatible by accessing the HP app. No information on the app but surely, if one cartridge works and one doesn't it suggests that the printer is not the problem doesn't it? Anyway, I have given up. I don't have time to mess about . Not sure what I will do when it comes to replacing the cartridge...will decide at the time.

We were advised to switch to The Cartridge People own brand version of the ink we had ordered, for this to run out extremely quickly after assurance this would last longer.

Cartridge People should not be using large ply bags to package the toners. Toner is a very expensive product and they can afford to spend a bit more on recycled cardboard boxes, which could be re-used to send old toner back for recycling. Shame on you Cartridge People!

I had to order original Epson cartridges again because your substitutes would not work in my lrinter in spite of very enthusiastic assurances from you. I wasted my money buyin packets of your product.

I paid for cartridges you said they were sent to me.I did not receive them. It was thought they were sent to the wrong address, i was asked to go there and ask if they had received them, they said no. The post office sent me a copy of their delivery receipt. It was not my name or address. I have finally received my cartridges after a mammoth struggle.

This black cartridge for my HP LaserJet Pro appears to be OK but it had to be bought to replace a similar black toner cartridge (bought from you) that was leaking toner & causing an inch-wide smudge down one side of every sheet printed.

I received a very prompt delivery of the cartridges (as in the next day after ordering ) but my printer will not recognise them and so I have been trying to figure out how to overcome this situation. I had to set up another printer to deal with urgent legal paperwork, fortunately this printer does not require cartridges. So, good service from the company but product not as I would wish.

I ordered a named product and they sent something different, without telling me, so was disappointed as I needed the product. The only good thing about this was they refunded within a day of my email.

The Quality of ink is not good. It seems to be grey instead of black. The document print out looks blurry. Can’t recommend to the people.

I was expecting to have at least 1200 copies from an ink cartridges from Cartridges brand as promised in their website but unfortunately it is not true. At 200 pages I was surprised for not getting more copies because the ink was just gone...

No problem per se with Cartridge People who were responsive on making the order, but delivery has not yet happened partly due to Xmas, Royal Mail Strikes and other incompetence in delivery. If the cartridges do arrive (still "scheduled") I may be happier. Use a more reliable courier / delivery service.

I was talked into buying one of their own brand cartridges with an offer of a reim of paper. I waited and waited for the two cartridges to arrive (and the reim of paper) - long enough to make me go out to Tesco and buy the two cartridges that I required

Excellent product. as always BUT on this occasion delivery was appalling. I paid for next day delivery but all I got were daily emails from the carrier and from the Cartridge people advising delivery would be next day. This continued for a week before emails quoted next day delivery times but still nothing arrived. Cartridge People offered to refund next day delivery charge but offered no other help. I would still recommend Cartridge People but on basis of previous excellent service

Ordered some Epsom original cartridges which stated a 48 hour delivery. It actually took 7 days to arrive so not great service. They were well aware of the postal strike which was only for 2 days so should have made alternative arrangements to ensure the advertiser delivery period. My suggestion for the future is do not use Royal Mail.as they have let you down.

We do state on our website that we are using Royal Mail and due to the strikes it is taking longer than we expect, unfortunately due to the strike action Royal Mail are taking we are finding that other courier companies are having big delays as well. Royal Mail has an update stating that they do have well-developed contingency plans but cannot fully replace the daily efforts of the frontline workforce. They will be doing what they can to keep services running but regret that this planned strike action is likely to cause you some disruption. The staff in telephone line was nice. But I made the order on 24/11. The toner has not arrived up to date. I asked via contact form. Just ask me to wait. I am feeling frustrated and still no toner to use for a whole week. It would be very kind if Cartridge People can help to locate the parcel for customer.

I am so sorry that your order is still not with you. I see we dispatched the order on the day it was placed, and it is currently within the postal system.
