Speedy dispatch and delivery but cartridges supplied caused my printer to fail. Logged a report detailing the issues but didnt hear back.

I recently bought a replacement cartridge, tried a couple of times but error message says short of toner. Have given up. Thanks

Having placed an order for Canon original cartridges I was harassed by sales staff to change to your own brand cartridges.

Just want have hassle free purchase but no far from it was but bomb barded by phone calls iver on my home phone or mobile I have to work infact been over 15call in wk definitely no be using this company any more it may been bit cheaper just not worth the harassment.

Your compatible cartridges have always been at a lower price than original makers cartridges, but that doesn't appear to be relevant anymore.

Dear David, Thank you for your feedback. I have looked in to your most recent order and I can confirm that our compatible cartridges are listed at a lower price than the original branded product. You also receive a higher capacity of ink within our compatible ink cartridges, making these more cost effective. Cheap price. Speedy delivery BUT will not use again due to persistent telephone calls prior to dispatch. Had email too as they were unable to reach me by phone( I hadn't answered) trying to give me ' a deal'. I don't appreciate 'pressure selling'.

I was assured the non H P cartridges would work, which they didn't. And that they would be delivered within 24 hours when sent by Royal Mail 48 hour service. Eventually took 6 days to arrive.

Whilst the item I bought from Cartridge People was exactly what I ordered and needed and the price was competitive. The two negatives after my purchase was 1, the phone call the employee who phoned thanked me for the order but unfortunately went into a sales pitch which I did not want so had to end the call. 2, unwanted emails which are unwanted and unnecessary. It would be far better for the employee to telephone, thank me for the order and ask is there anything else CP could do and leave it a that ( would have been 5 stars)

Best prices I could find, and reasonably quick delivery. However since then I have been badgered by daily or even more frequent E-Mails despite opting out - this has really taken the shine off the experience. Would probably have given a 4 if they had just left me alone!

I made a order, and the order was not ready until they had spoken to me over the phone, they are very keen to sell their own produced ink, it is much cheaper but having tried it I now know that it is of very poor quality. When printing out some photos, it lasts for a couple of weeks before the black ink starts to decay. The good but expensive ink will last for years.

I paid for delivery morning next day but it was delivered a day late (too late for my purposes). Furthermore the cartridges were pricey.

I have checked the tracking for your delivery and it would meet the next working day expectation as the order was placed at 23.40 on the 1st, then despatched on the 2nd and delivered at 10.30 on the 3rd. I only use them to buy cartridges made by the printer manufacturer. Their own cartridges are cheap but awful quality

After placing my order I had someone call and try and change my order from original cartridges to compatible cartridges. I do understand that I could save money by doing this but this is clearly poaching business from a reputable supplier. Not very impressive

Hello, Well already sent you two emails on the subject without reply, therefore thats not great. I have no problem with the product however the delivery (paid for next day) was an issue and I did not get hold of the items for 2 days after the scheduled day which was too late. On the day of delivery I requested for the item to be delivered to my neighbour. This was accepted and I have a text to prove it. However instead the item was attempted to be delivered by the courier to my address and as I was not in they sent it to Home Base. Why this happened I do not know. I needed the cartridges on the day of scheduled delivery and could not pick up from Home base as was working away the following day. This meant I paid for next day delivery for nothing. I would like the next day delivery fee refunded please?

Whilst the delivery was great, I had a phone call trying to convince me to use a cartridge people set of cartridges instead of the original manufacturer's ones. Since then I have been bombarded with promotional emails, despite setting up for NO SPAM OR ADVERTISING, I have therefore now blocked cartridge people emails.

The delivery service which we paid did not meet expectation. We paid for a delivery before the bank holiday but it came after. This has not even been raised or discussed by the company.

I have looked at the tracking with DPD and they advised that delivery was attempted on 06/04/23 at 10:06am but no one was available to take the parcel in therefore delivery was then rearranged for the Tuesday after the bank holiday.
