After placing my order I had someone call and try and change my order from original cartridges to compatible cartridges. I do understand that I could save money by doing this but this is clearly poaching business from a reputable supplier. Not very impressive

Hello, Well already sent you two emails on the subject without reply, therefore thats not great. I have no problem with the product however the delivery (paid for next day) was an issue and I did not get hold of the items for 2 days after the scheduled day which was too late. On the day of delivery I requested for the item to be delivered to my neighbour. This was accepted and I have a text to prove it. However instead the item was attempted to be delivered by the courier to my address and as I was not in they sent it to Home Base. Why this happened I do not know. I needed the cartridges on the day of scheduled delivery and could not pick up from Home base as was working away the following day. This meant I paid for next day delivery for nothing. I would like the next day delivery fee refunded please?

Whilst the delivery was great, I had a phone call trying to convince me to use a cartridge people set of cartridges instead of the original manufacturer's ones. Since then I have been bombarded with promotional emails, despite setting up for NO SPAM OR ADVERTISING, I have therefore now blocked cartridge people emails.

I have suppressed your account from sales calls and I have removed you from our mailers, this can take up to 48hrs. You can opt down/reduce the amount of emails you receive in your account - you can do this by logging into your account and clicking on Manage Marketing Preferences. The delivery service which we paid did not meet expectation. We paid for a delivery before the bank holiday but it came after. This has not even been raised or discussed by the company.

Good Afternoon, Thank you for your review and I am sorry that you didn't receive your order till after the bank holiday. I have looked at the tracking with DPD and they advised that delivery was attempted on 06/04/23 at 10:06am but no one was available to take the parcel in therefore delivery was then rearranged for the Tuesday after the bank holiday. Beware! Wanted Canon Pixma 2450 cartridges - but was only shown 546 which are NOT compatible!!

Ordered on Sunday and did not arrive until Thursday. Not up to the previous standard and will be switching to another supplier.

Ordered full pack of cartridges only for them not to work. Called for help and although was helpful, I was just sent an email to try & resolve the problem. This didn't work so called back to speak to the person i'd spoke to previously to be told she's busy but will call me back. Never had a call back & problem still not resolved!

Very shortly after placing my order online I received a sales call from Cartridge People. They suggested I changed my order. I said no thank you and explained why. But the salesman just kept on and on pushing pushing pushing. It was not pleasant and for that reason I doubt I will buy from Cartridge People again.

I have now used the refilled cartridges for a few weeks, which I use for business. This is the first time I have used non original Canon cartridges. I will limp on with them, but I'm not happy with the black cartridge. some words within letters have a 'flare' appearance, too much ink or a bit of bleeding perhaps. I will be switching back to using genuine cartridges and 'suck up' the extra cost.

Ink cartridges I recently do not work at all. In spite of the good work your operator did over the phone, the product is useless. Very disappointed.

Having ordered a full set of cartridges for £139.99 and had them delivered I was sent an offer to buy them for £126 only a couple of days later. What a terrible piece of marketing and rather insulting. Told them so and no response! Leaves a rather nasty taste. Maybe better to exclude recent purchasers from offers like this to save ill feeling as previously I had been a very satisfied customer. Maybe at least send a reply to the feedback I gave but simply ignored.

This company is very quick with delivery and seems to charge very reasonable prices. However, I don't like the way they phone you up every time after you order branded ink cartridges and try to persuade you to buy their own brand instead. It is a bit of a hard sell approach in my experience and very difficult to get their rep off the line without agreeing to swap. They give many assurances of equal quality etc. but when I actually tried their own brand (having finally given in to the persuasion on the phone) the quality of print was nothing like Canon, really poor in comparison, like looking at the photos through a mist. It was very difficult getting in touch with Customer Services - my emails kept bouncing back day after day saying they were undelivered, but when I finally got through to them on the phone they said it was just a fault with their IT, they had my emails after all, and were just reading them. Not very good, really. To be fair, they did refund my order immediately at that point and said I did not even have to send the cartridges back, which saved me a bit of trouble at least. They agreed the quality of their cartridge was not as good as Canon (I had sent them copies of the different prints) but said I must just have received a rogue cartridge. It's the only one I have had from them though, so that's all I can judge on.

I have a canon pixma 3650 printer. Although your literature states that the printer ink is compatible, the printer does not recognise your ink and printing comes out blank!

I ordered genuine brother ink cartridges because that is what i wanted . I could see the offers for non genuine on the website , i declined the offers . I do not appreciate having to come off a job to answer the phone because cartridge peoples tele sales are trying to upsell their own product .

I found the service last April excellent. I therefore reordered the same cartridges earlier this month. Cartridge People phoned me to recommend that their own product would be cheaper but just as effective. I gave them the benefit of the doubt. Alas the colour cartridge had strange thin white/very light blue stripes down the printouts. I did phone and was given some long-winded advice, although to be fair the agent did attempt to phone me back when promised. Thankfully by then, I retrieved the correct cartridge that I was replacing. I reinserted it into my printer and it did "wash out" the ink from the incompatible cartridge. I am so disappointed that they did not respect my first choice of cartridge. I therefore do not intend to use Cartridge People again.

We recently purchased some of your own brand colour cartridges rather than genuine HP cartridges and the first one we used (cyan) caused a problem, with the printer not working. You have acknowledged this yet only appear willing to refund the cost of the cyan cartridge itself whereas we feel the whole purchase cost should be refunded as we have not used the others and do not intend to as we fear that they too will not work. You contacted us to try and help resolve the issue which we appreciate yet feel we are owed a full refund.
