I've done an order online to buy some ink for my printer initially I've purchased the originals HP cartridge and after my order was done one of the members of staff from cartridge people called me to convince me to buy the alternative cartridge saying that they would last longer then the original HP, I didn't want it in the beginning but he was so persuasive that I've accepted it paying the difference between them... one month down the line and used them a handful of times they've stopped working coming as an error on my printer telling me to replace them... end of story they lasted less time than the original ones... very disappointing I'll never use cartridge people again!

I have already spoke to customer services, regarding my delivery. Ordered on the 24th August arrived on the 31st August. When my parcel arrived it stated on the package next day. I was very disappointed. But… after having wrote two emails, I did not get anywhere with customer services. They seemed to think it was okay. Thank you Mrs Pollard.

We do advise up to five working days for delivery with Evri, as your order was dispatched over the bank holiday weekend, you did receive it within the five working days.. Evri do label them as Next day, however they like us advise that they can take five working days to arrive from dispatch. I do apologise about any confusion caused. Generally very happy with historic delivery, but this time Evri have failed to deliver at all and I havent heard back from the cartridge people about what they are going to do. Hopefully soon. Order GB240824-LA6181885

Waited 7 days for my ink, no delivery came. Had to get a refund. I work from home, so you can imaging how important ink is. I phoned 3 times, I was given embarrising excuses. Been using cartridge people for over 10 years, NOT NO MORE! YOU GUYS HAVE GROWN TO THE POINT, YOU JUST DON'T CARE ABOUT CUSTOMERS!!!! MY EXPERIENCE. I will be shopping elsewhere from now on. Not even an apology!!

Multiple times now I have ordered and YET AGAIN I end up paying a fortune in WH Smith to urgently buy cartridges that actually work! SO DONT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

I requested original HP cartridges. I had a call to sell me own brand. Since then I have not been able to print. I had several emails to say try this and that. Had part refund but I am still out of pocket by £40 and will need to still purchase HP cartridges. Never again !!

I was very disappointed. I was persuaded to by one of your own brands rather r than the two HP cartridges I originally ordered. I was expecting two cartridges rather than the one and some other items which I had not expected at all and didn’t want. When I use the cartridge I am constantly reminded to scan a page as it is a re-used cartridge. All very unsatisfactory.

Unfortunately my review is only one star due to the fact that you use EVRI as a courier. A recent order has failed to arrive, and the(free) replacement order has now also failed to arrive. The matter is still unresolved. I would far prefer to have paid a fiver for royal mail delivery. You would still have been fifteen pounds cheaper than your nearest rival! I would urge you to reconsider using EVRI as, sadly, I shall not be buying from you again.

I ordered replacement cartridges about three weeks ago. Due for delivery by Evri. As I write this I have still Not received my order. How can I rate your service??

Previuously (2 years ago) when I ordered inks from Cartridge people I received great customer service and help. This time was so poor, I called back the following working day and spoke to another sales person, but the same poor standard was given. I was charged twice for my order, and then told I needed to be refunded and then start all over again. It took over 30 mins just to place a simple order for cartridge inks and the price has doubled, and I was just fobbed off with a lame excuse. Since inserting these inks into my printer, the whole thing has been completely messed up and only the black ink works; none of the colours are working and we've spent days trying to clean the print head and sort it out to no avail. So don't worry I would neither reccomend cartridge people nor use them again myself

I was at home at the alleged time of delivery but never heard a door bell ring. Then received an e-mail saying delivered to a neighbour accompanied by a message saying left at a pick up point 0.7 miles away. Had a lot of trouble identifying drop off point . Nearest point a Morrisons shop at top of road at Post Office on same opremnises. It was not thee. Next point a petrol station in Hoylake. It was not there but they told me a different Petrol Statione in the opposite direction a long way from my house. Eventually got it there. As I cannot drive at prersent I had to do a lot of walking! I paid extra for next day delivery. It was not delivered nest day.

Thank you for your review and I am sorry you feel this way. I understand you are disappointed not to receive your order the next day but as you placed the order at nearly 10pm, I'm afraid there was no one here at that time of night to pick, pack and dispatch it. Thank you for your comments though.
