“The customer service I received from Caroline was outstanding. She was sympathetic and understanding and sent out a replacement immediately, which I received the next day along with a note apologising. Brilliant service.”

“Great Service and Fast Delivery! I recently ordered printing paper from Cartridge People and was thoroughly impressed with the service. The ordering process was smooth, and my order was processed remarkably fast. Delivery was quick, and the paper arrived in perfect condition. It's rare to find such hassle-free service these days. “I have used Cartridge People since 2017 and honestly wouldnt go anywhere else. Alway on time, usually the best prices and free delivery for some purchases. Incidentally 123-3D is a sister company and I have bought quite a few 3D printers from them and a lot of Filament. Totally recommended.”

“I have dealt with cartridge people for many years now. I have bought a printer, paper and cartridges. Every time the service is second to none. There was a problem with delivery of the printer ... not cartridge people's fault, the courier "lost" it. Replaced instantly and Cartridge people took over dealing with the courier so no hassle for me. The sevice is always prompt and the service team at the headquarters are on the ball. When there has been a problem with me ordering they contact me quickly to resolve it. I would recommend tehm to anyone. In all the firms I have dealt wih they are the easiest and the best.”

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. I'm sorry to hear you felt the delivery was slower than expected. Your order was placed on the 9th, dispatched on the 10th, and delivered on the 13th. While most of our deliveries arrive within two working days of dispatch, we do ask customers to allow up to five working days for standard delivery. If you need your order more quickly in future, we offer an upgraded delivery service. Orders placed before 9:00pm are guaranteed to be dispatched the same day and are sent via carriers such as DPD or Evri, depending on the size and weight of the parcel. Around 97% of these orders arrive the next working day, although we ask customers to allow up to two working days for delivery.
