“The personal service was great, but paid extra for faster delivery and they have not arrived. I believe that was DPD. Please refund extra paid for that fast delivery.”

“I have always had Epson Daisy inks. I've tried cheaper ones in the past , and the weren't any good . I decided to try your own make and they are brilliant, a lot cheaper and they seem to last longer. I would recommend them to anybody.”

“I get good value for money and the cartridges last a very long time depending on your usage. Also I have been using this company for a while. I was particularly happy with your representative Aden. He was very helpful and courteous. He had no hesitation in replacing a faulty cartridge. Thank you once again.”

“Lindsey was great, very helpful and suggested practical ways to solve the issue I had, she was patient ( I made her wait a few times whilst I tested my printer) and we found the issue at the end, thank you.”

“Cartridge people are excellent -Chris in customer service was extremely helpful and quick to respond. Shame the same can’t be said for the courier - Evri - delivered someone else’s parcel instead of my ink!”

“The company is reliable but they are insisting to buy their cheap refurbished cartridgess and toners which are not good as the real one I have used their brand toners on HP Lazer colour printer but after some time the colour toners had been leaked in the printer.”

I had an issue with a cartridge I purchased, I contacted customer service and the issue was resolved with no fuss and a replacement cartridge sent out to me that day. “Was delighted with quick receipt of printer ink just before Easter shutdown...but sadly cartridge did not fit my printer! On the Tuesday I phoned George who said to recycle it - he would send a replacement first class post. This duly arrived the next day, it fitted, and I was amazed to see Cartridge People had sent me some teabags to say sorry! In today's world of indifferent customer service Cartridge people show how it should be done. Da iawn!”

“Had a problem when a very little used colour cartridge suddenly stopped printing Yellow. I contacted the supplier and informed them of the situation, had a reply from Melanie and Vicky who asked for further info. This was duly supplied and by return e mail was informed that a replacement unit was on its way by ‘next day’ delivery. This is absolutely excellent service, thank you.”
