“Such a great company. Well priced and dispatched promptly. Unfortunately Evri misdelivered the parcel to who knows where, but that was no problem for Si Bennett at Cartridge People, who gave outstanding customer service, and had another parcel out to me the same day (that Evri managed to misdeliver again, but thankfully only to my neighbour's front garden this time, so close enough!). I cannot express how great it felt to receive such good treatment from a human being rather than a chat bot. Well done Si Bennett, and Cartridge People, you have a top employee there!!”

“We have used Cartridge People many times for our business needs. However the last ink cartridge we received was faulty. I contacted Cartridge People and received an immediate response from Gemma. Not only did Gemma get a replacement out to be as a matter of priority but she was also extremely helpful in assisting in the return of the faulty item. It is rare these days to come across a company and indeed an individual who deliver excellent customer service and who go that extra mile. This company deliver on time and offer excellent value for money. More to the point you can be assured that in the event that something goes wrong then they are there for you and put things right. Excellent.”

“I had an issue with feint and misty prints (from photos) after purchasing and installing a Cartridge People colour cartridge. I received good and quick advice from Weronika and then from Melanie. Melanie, in particular, went the extra mile by actually looking at my printer's manual. She directed me to the relevant pages of the manual with suggestions on how to solve my issue. I was offered either a refund or a credit to my account if the suggestions did not work. The suggestions did work and I am very pleased with the customer service received.”
