“Ordered Canon toner cartridge. Unfortunately the item was delivered in a badly damaged box, the toner itself looked intact but upon printing there were marks all over the paper. After contacting the customer support over the web form, response and support I received from Melanie was amazing. I like the fact that she first try to resolve the issue by providing me a detailed step to clean the drum, and upon discovering that the drum was damaged she arranged a repair quickly, all in all the whole process has taken less than a day over emails, quite impressive. Thanks very much!”

“Great Company, orders always received next day. I had an issue with a faulty cartridge today (first ever issue i have had as always been great in the past), and Sheree (by chat) was so friendly and helpful and said she would send a replacement out to me immediately, no hassle at all. “I would like to complement Cartridge People and in particularly Vicky who expedited a refund on an order for a new Epson Scanner/Printer when my existing model showed signs of working properly again (indeed I bought a maitenance box from you in the hope I would remedy the issues). Unfortunately quality printing and duplexing didn't last and I was back to square one again. So, folloing receipt of your refunds, I have sent you a fresh order for a new printer/inks/warrenty. Well done Vicky and Cartridge People 5 out of 5. You wouldn't take back an unopened packet of XL Epson ink for my old machine would you?”

“Fantastic Customer service. Marianne was brilliant today. Had an issue with an own brand cartridge not being usable in my HP printer. Discovered I could not use anything but HP cartridges because it's a HP+ printer. Asked if I could swap the other cartridge which I hadn't opened yet. Marianne kindly agreed to refund both, even the one I had opened but not managed to use. Received returns label within minutes. Have used this company for years as the cartridges literally arrive the next day. Can't recommend enough!”
