“I have been a customer now for a few years. I use the CP ink cartridges, which I find to be of excellent quality, and well in volume excess of others. The speed and efficiency of the service is second to none, so what's not to like. Well pleased.”

“Had a problem when changing ink cartridges on an Epson WF2010. Spoke with Si Bennett at Cartridge People and discussed what was (not) happening and my unsuccessful attempts to rectify the issue. Next day (!) 2 cartridges arrived for the problem colours. They solved the problem - great service. Many thanks.”

“The HP 62 XL Black and Colur cartridges work satisfactorily. It's price for the volume contained compared to the original ones is very reasonbale. However, it so happened that the documents I was printing were not clear. There was still about a quarter of the ink left in the cartridges but appears to have 'dried' out. . I shook the cartridges but saw no change. Hence, the second purchase. Will test the second lot and see if I have the same experience. If so, I will probably revert back to puchasing the original HP cartridges in the future. Currently, not very impressed. Perhaps, I have just been unlucky!”

“I find it a bit complicated- I know it’s because I’m getting (have got) older but it does make me feel a bit frustrated. However your product is great so won’t be taking my buying anywhere else.”
