“I bought a Cartridge People compatible maintenance cartridge for my Epson 3880 printer (product T5820). Unfortunately my printer didn't recognise it and on closer inspection the electrical contacts were different to those on my old cartridge. I have now bought a genuine Epson maintenance cartridge which works perfectly. On the plus side, Sam in Customer Services promptly provided a no-quibble refund for the non-working Cartridge People product.”
