“I mistakenly ordered the wrong ink cartridge. Phoned up and was told to post it back (untouched so they could resell it). Did so the following day. Got a refund through within 3 days, and a new and correct cartridge almost immediately. Great company to deal with; honest and straight forward.”

“Finding Cartridge People online has been a major cost saving for my company compared to my previous supplier for printer cartridges. I just wish i had found them earlier. “Best value that I could find for a single genuine Epson cartridge although still somewhat expensive. Quick delivery but in a somewhat extravagant package which may have inflated the delivery cost. Happy enough but not looking forward to the future cost of replacing the coloured inks with genuine cartridges.”
