“Rachel and Sam were very helpful in sorting out Evri delivery problems. The original order disappeared, but after I spoke to Rachel, we spotlighted exact delivery address, and replacement package was received next day.”

“Hannah could not have been more helpful. She responded promptly to my complaint about a relatively new cartridge not printing correctly after just a few weeks, and gave me detailed instructions about how to carry out head cleaning and alignment. When that failed to make any improvement, she gladly sent out a free replacement (along with recycling advice). This arrived promptly, and I'm pleased to say that the problem now seems to have been resolved. Many thanks for excellent customer service, Hannah! Isabel Hull”

“My order was delivered promptly but unfortunately the box was damaged meaning that the contents were also damaged. I contacted the company and got an immediate response from Melanie who has organised a replacement. Excellent customer service. Also received advice on my original order which resulted in far better value for money. Will definitely use Cartridge People again”

“I fitted a new own brand cartridge from Cartridge People into my Canon printer having used them for several years without any problems. Unfortunately the cartridge failed to print properly despite running the printer maintenance programs and manually cleaning the cartridge and printer contacts. I replaced the cartridge with another new one from Cartridge People which worked. I emailed Cartridge People yesterday afternoon explaining the situation and requesting a replacement cartridge. I was pleasantly surprised to receive an email back from Sheree the same day, who apologised and arranged a replacement cartridge which arrived today - fantastic and very efficient service!”

“Hi I called today as two of the compatible cartridges I bought wouldn't not work properly. Lindsay gave me a lot of time and explained how to clean the Printer head which I did. This was very helpful and I do appreciate her time. Excellent service and many thanks. Highly recommended company.”

“I have used Cartridge People quite a few times now. My last order was for Canon MG4100 OEM but was contacted by a member of sales to consider the refurbished equivalent. I was given a verbal guarantee that these were as good as OEM and that their manufacturing/recycling had been tweaked to ensure as such. Once I'd run out of my original ink I replaced with my ordered recycled cartridges. Unfortunately they were not as I'd hoped (I was editing an old photo as a present and needed the quality to be 100%). I contacted Cartridge People via the Chatbot facility and my query was handled very expeditiously by Lucy (originally) & then my Melanie. Who arranged for new OEM cartridges to be despatched and for the refurbed to be sent back for recycling. All in all a very pleasant interaction. THANK YOU ladies.”
