I was told by phone that the cartridges would be genuine cannon but they were not only refills . Which should have been cheaper.. instead of reducing cost they send me copy paper.

We reordered your own ink carteridges for our Epson printer. It was still quite expensive and did not last as long as we expected. We were hoping that Cartridge People would be a beneficial choice but we were proved wrong which is a shame...

I ordered my 304XL twin pack on line on Sunday morning and had free delivery on Tuesday morning. I installed black cartridge on Tuesday and colour on Thursday and both printed straightaway - delighted!!

Good morning, Thank you for your email. I am sorry that 2 of the cartridges supplied had a short expiry date on them. The cartridges arrived in good time and were easy to fit. However, after printing about 10 sheets the printer indicates that the black ink is aleady low. How can this be?

The cartridges were easy to install even though they were not HP own. However, even though these were high capacity, after only 10 printed pages I had a message from the printer stating low toner ink. I checked the volume of ink via my printer interface and indeed the black ink was very low and looks like about 10% capacity!!!

I would have much preferred if you had sent me a genuine Epson cartridge (which I thought I had ordered) and not a substitute but I received it the next day which was good.

As your courier is EVRI I am sorry would rather not comment, as they take a long time to deliver. I would recomment you but not your couriers

My parcel was delivered to the wrong address which was not close to where I live. This was frustrating, but I contacted the company and a guy called Dave resolved my issue and sent a replacement.

Product range and order/delivery process all good. However, I am not too sure about the quality of the after market toner I bought, it doesnt appear to print particularly dark and leaves marks on the paper, which is ok for my home use/files, but maybe not for business use.

The cartrdges came really quick , however left outside in the paper bag when cold wet and damp. Might be better to post them through letter box or cat flap.

We used to be sure of getting a good discount as opposedto going directto the priner manufacturers but on our latest order Cartridge People were no better. Clealy since they bave grown big enough to advertise on TV, Cartridge People are no longer giving competitive or good value.

Disappointed as the Yellow and Cyan is not working I have taken them out and reinserted them but they are still not working. I have printed off a report and both colours are blank. At this moment I would not recommend you although I have always used you for my cartidges.

Cartridge People supplied me back in June 24 with black and a colour compatible cartridges for my Cannon TS 3150 printer. Never any problems in the past, but this time I could not get the spent cartridges out of the printer. At first, Cartridge People customer service claimed it was a printer problem, But having used a screwdriver to get the black cartridge out, it transpired that it was engineered quite differently from my normal supply. Disappointing, and I think supplier checks need to be more careful, but Hannah grasped the problem and sent me replacements.

Your website is infuriating. Sometimes I am not clear whether an item is still in my "basket" so press it again and find it duplicated. When I try to correct this, I sometimes find that my correction has been reversed. Similarly, if I try to reinstate something that I have accidentally deleted, I might find it hard to find my way to do this.

Cheap prices, quick delivery. However, the three phone calls hounding me to buy their own product instead of the brand name puts me off using them again. Think I'd prefer to pay a couple of quid more to prevent the continuous harassment.

They keep saying its cheaper than previous when its not and sometimes quality is not good. Last colour will not print blue

I ordered my cartridge thinking it was a Epson genuine your own cartridge should not have the word Epson and expensive for a non genuine

Good Afternoon, Thank you for your review. We do state on all our own branded products that they are own brand Cartridge People products, original products have the word Original in the listing. Our own branded products work in the same way as the original but hold a lot more ink and will therefore last you longer, they also have a three-year guarantee on them so if you were to encounter any problems with the cartridge please do let us know. Prompt and efficient service. However, the last two L34 cartridges for my Lexmark P6350 printer would not work and the message "Unsuported cartridge" kept coming up.

Arrived promptly cartridge doing its thing but ink levels not adjusted on printer readout display-so guess it’s not happy it’s another make.
