I ordered my cartridge thinking it was a Epson genuine your own cartridge should not have the word Epson and expensive for a non genuine

Good Afternoon, Thank you for your review. We do state on all our own branded products that they are own brand Cartridge People products, original products have the word Original in the listing. Our own branded products work in the same way as the original but hold a lot more ink and will therefore last you longer, they also have a three-year guarantee on them so if you were to encounter any problems with the cartridge please do let us know. Prompt and efficient service. However, the last two L34 cartridges for my Lexmark P6350 printer would not work and the message "Unsuported cartridge" kept coming up.

Arrived promptly cartridge doing its thing but ink levels not adjusted on printer readout display-so guess it’s not happy it’s another make.

Unfortunately, a downside to using compatibles cartridges is that they don't always show the ink levels but should print with no issues. Original Canon cartridges supplied at a competitive price but delivery by Evri took an disappointing 7 days.

Simple to order, fast service, good price. It’s just a shame Evri let you down with their poor delivery service. (They left the parcel out side a simple to open garden gate at the side of the road.)

This would have been 5 🌟 but you did not confirm the Easy Fundraising contribution to our Brownie Guide Unit which is a registered charity and needs every penny it can get. Otherwise the product was as advertised and arrived very quickly.

My recent order got duplacated and you promised to refund the excess items if i returned them. I returned Them on the 12th September. but I have still not yet receiced the refund. I am afraid I cnnot give you the score I would have liked

Louis was absolutely brilliant in tracking down my missing parcel and sending out the item that was missing from the order when it finally arrived. Thanks so much Louis for perfect customer service. So top marks to Louis, a low mark to Evri for not delivering and a low mark to Cartridge People for not sending out the complete order.

Good service from Cartridge People as usual, but delivery by Evri was unsatisfactory. The package was not delivered, it was left outside the house. I requested free delivery this time, next time, I will pay for delivery. If the same thing happens, I will be forced to buy elsewhere. C.P. should consider whether the few pennies saved by using a poor carrier is worth the loss of business.

Great website and good prices. But please please stop using Evri for deliveries! The packaging had been damaged to the point of being completely open, and then roughly resealed with a bit of tape. Luckily the contents was intact.

The original XL package was incompatible with my”e” printer (beware, “e” accepts only original HP cartridges!). Customer service was helpful in accepting to refund the original amount in an account of their own; from there, I added a bit and was able to buy original cartridges, but only normal size. Not a fantastic business for me.

I bought Cartridge People’s own brand iron-on fabric tapes for a Brother P-Touch label printer. I made several labels for my kids’ school uniform. The labels went on fine but a couple of them fell off in the first wash. Hannah at Cartridge People gave me a refund with no quibbles so ok tape but very good service.

This is a difficult review to write.Your sales team persuaded me to buy your own brand cartridges after I placed n order for HP ones.I was assured that the HP order would be cancelled.It wasn't. The cartridges didn't work and ended up damaging my printer. As advised I have returned these but still await a refund. However, customer services were brilliant.

Very happy with the product but unhappy with choice of delivery service. Evri is classed as the worst out of 5 by Which? It wouldn't be so bad if Evri website wasn't so misleading.
