Ink fine but packaging poor. Ripped open paper packaging and got covered in white bits which are like the polystyrene bits people used to use for protection.

As a customer of long standing I am used to deliveries by Royal Mail. The last purchase I made with you was delivered by Evri which was very inconvenient. On querying this I was told rather sharply, "it was now your policy". Well that may be so but it isn't mine, so if you want to retain me as a customer, then change it. There are plenty of othere supplirs to choose from. G P Smith.

Have always been my go to company for product and speed of service. Soon after I had placed my order got unsolicited phone call trying to upsell. Have blocked the number.

The product is great, have been using your cartidges in my HP for a few years now, no issues. BUT my heart fell when this time having spent £55 on 2 XL cartridges, I got your e-mail telling me you'd sent them by EvRi. I placed the order on the 13th and its now the 25th. They tried to deliver last thursday the 21st on the snowiest day but apparently failed. Have heard nothing since. I have no idea how something so small took 8 days for a delivery but its now 12 days. Also when they do deliver here they never bring things to the house "preferring" to leave them 200 yards away on a stone wall. Had you used Royal Mail they might have arrived the next day or at very least the day after that. They are awful and I know I am not alone in this. Had I known you used them I would (as I am doing with all other retailers) have shopped elsewhere. So, thus far, £55 down and no cartridges or communication to speak of. Not good, sadly to me their performance is an extension of your business and choices therein. Sorry but as said your product is not the issue

Quick delivery and great prices, but didn't appreciate the sales calls afterwards. A quick google told me they are known for calling and trying to upsell, so I didn't answer, but they were quite persistent. Probably wouldn't order again because of this.

Cartridge people themselves are good, the cartridges were despatched as they said. However, they use Evri for delivery - that's where the problems come from. I have never yet had a delivery by this company come on time or even be delivered. It's a shame but I won't be using cartridge people again because I won't use Evri. Had I have known at the order stage that Evri were the courrier I would not have completed the order

My order to be delivered by EVRI didn't arrive and Evri said they wokuld get back to me - and didn't. I and neighbiors in this part of Norfolk all find EVRI very unreliable - deliveries don't arrive, or are delivered to completely different postcode addresses - in other words, please change couriers or I will change supplier!

I used Cartridge people via a link through British Airways Avios. Unfortunatly the link is useless if you are buying original ink - Avios are only available when buying their own brand Ink. This information was only in the T&C smallprint which is dissapointing - It should be made much clearer. Although the price was competitive, I won't be purchasing from Cartridge People again (due to no Avios collection).

I haven’t used all the cartridges yet however the box that they were delivered in was broken as they were not packed well. I am only hoping they work correctly.

Very speedy delivery by the Cartridge People, but unfortunately delivered to the wrong address by Evri, NOT the address on the order. Thankfully it was possible to locate the package from the photo, and Cartridge People quickly contactable to help

Good products, sadly they use evri to snail mail your order which ensures a SLOOOOOOW low quality delivery. So if you need it quick stick to Amazon. Own brands lapel tapes are as good as oem so if you want cheap and want to wait this is the place.

Excellent service and very nice to get a little gift of some useful pens as well - but the packaging was not very secure and the carrier left it in a wet place in an open garage so I was lucky to get the contents without loss or damage.

All orders under £30 do have a delivery charge on unfortunately, if you don't wish to pay this you would need to add something else to your basket to get it to this value, this is completely up to the customer though you can pay the delivery charge if you prefer. I ordered 2 colour cartridges - delivery within 48 h as promised The yellow colour one was not working- when I contacted Louise about it she checked the problem with a few reasonable tasks - print out colour sheet etc When it became clear that there was a definite problem with the cartridge, she and Lindsay arranged a replacement cartridge without delay which arrived within 48 h. So in summary very prompt resolution of issue- very good customer service. ( Not 5 star review because there was a malfunctioning cartridge in the first place which - at a price of £ 64 - I did not expect to find)

I oredered HP origonal ink. Previously I got a call after oder seeing if i wanted to change the order to thier own brand ink ! This time I ignored the call, but still got an email saying they wanted to discuss my order. Ink is a good price hence reusing the company, but think the sales call is somewhat unprofessional

Cartridge People themselves are excellent to deal with and I couldn’t fault them at all. However, their choice in Evri as their delivery partner leaves a lot to be desired. I had to personally hunt around my neighbours to locate my parcel as the courier left it elsewhere, marked it as being left at delivery address and didn’t bother leaving a calling card. The customer service from Evri is appalling and they care very little. It’s for this reason that I’ll no longer be using Cartridge People for my stationary requirements.
