Cartridge People themselves are excellent to deal with and I couldn’t fault them at all. However, their choice in Evri as their delivery partner leaves a lot to be desired. I had to personally hunt around my neighbours to locate my parcel as the courier left it elsewhere, marked it as being left at delivery address and didn’t bother leaving a calling card. The customer service from Evri is appalling and they care very little. It’s for this reason that I’ll no longer be using Cartridge People for my stationary requirements.

Good enough service and website easy to use however, I'm not a fan of Cartridge People trying to customers for postage. You can select to get next day postage for a fee or free standard delivery. Standard delivery came the next day and the packaging was even marked as next day.

Nice shiny box. Quick delivery. Have not tried the cartridges yet so have no idea whether they work or not but the seller pestered me for a review.

The last time I bought a set of Cartridges from them I was encouraged to buy their own re filled ones. I have just repaced them ( from the Cartidge People ) with a set of new Genuine ones. The first set started to put red dots on everything I printed because the cartridge was poor. I know I could have complained but it would involve more of my time and time is very precious to me. I gave them 3 stars for the price of the new cartidges. As for the re filled cartidges they may have been cheaper but it was false economy

The product is very good at a competitive price. However, the delivery was by Evri. Due to ongoing delivery problems I am avoiding companies using Evri if I know they use them.

Bought genuine canon ink from this company. Reasonably competitive. You might make small savings by shopping around but their service is flawless so why risk it. What knocks it down for me is you MUST include your phone number. They then ring to try and sell you their ink. I have a couple of their cartridges and they come with a guarantee but not yet risked it and I'm sure the guarantee will be left wanting should things go wrong so hesitant to try their ink. I am sure it's ok and will use when desperate. The other star loss is on two occasions after being called by them I have been inundated by spam calls. This might be a coincidence. Virtually no calls then I give my phone number and the next day two calls a day. The spam slowly dries up over a couple of weeks but it's odd. Next time if it happens it'll be interesting to see what happens. Other than those two minor issues buying ink is straight forwards, easy to identify what you want, add to cart and purchase. Arrives quickly is the genuine product and competitively priced.

I do assure you that we do not pass your phone number on to a third party company other than the delivery company we use for delivery purposes. I purchased Canon original cartridges and was phoned soon afterwards by your team in a bid for me to choose your compatible cartridges instead. The person from your team was very persuasive but I was adamant. This policy of phonong customers and pursuading them to purchase your compatible products is totally abhorrent; I would rather purchase these products from elsewhere in the future to avoid any harassment

I had problems with EVRI delivery company used by Cartridge People. Cartridge People’s customer services did respond well to the problem of non-delivery but it took 8 days to sort it out.

4 orders placed for compatible Canon printer cartidges. 3 orders with Cartridge people logo on side were fine. However for one order different cartridge type supplied with no Cartidge people logo on it. These "different" black and colour cartridges gave rise to error messages and problems with the printer. Email exchange with technical department resulting in full refund for this particular order.

Customer service was great - Alison helped resolve an issue promptly. Downside is that the product ordered was really poor quality, it at least a refund was sorted out.

Goods arrived on time, but before that we had a call suggesting we change an item in the order, offering us a ream of paper to balance the price, but actually sent 100 sheets instead, leaving me feeling misled and manipulated.

Procuct was fine. Paid for next day delivery. Didn't arrive next day, when it did arrive it got delivered to the wrong address.

I originally ordered and paid for a HP cartitridge but then I received a phone call a day or so later 'convincing' me to try their own brand; I was scepticle at first but was reassured that their cartridge would work perfectly fine .... Yes, putting the cartridge in was no problem and the printer accepted it without problem .. but, I noticed that the ink was still wet and smudged considerably on each page as they came out of the printer... so can I recommend this substitute cartridge? ... in my opinion ONLY if you are printing out one page at a time and don't touch it for a moment or two... your choice!

I bought a set of CartridgePeople cartridges (not OEM Epson ones) for an Epson XP-970. The 6-pack that arrived had two cartridges wrong. Their nice girl immediately sent me the correct replacements for free. This all looks good but how did this happen, especially when one of the cartridges was clearly in a different box and was leeking very badly?! Quality control in their dispatch dept is a mess. So I won’t be ordering their own home brew cartridges again. I’ll check prices for OEM cartridges online and only if CP are the cheapest will I buy from them.
