I received delivery of a returns envelope but no cartridges! However, on ringing, and after a rather tense conversation , you did send me my cartridges. I do not know why this happened but hope it was followed up by your despatch people.

Products are okay, but I have had a case of leakage from one cartridge which made a right mess as I was trying to insert it in the printer. Delivery on my last order was unreliable - supposedly next day, it took four days. Finally, I was annoyed by the website: after I paid for the goods (and my credit card account showed the payment), it refused to proceed saying that something had stopped the payment proceeding, asking me to re-enter the payment details. I decided not to - I wasn't that bothered about completing the order if they were dodgy - yet despite no regular updates about delivery, the goods did actually arrive. Bit of a mess all round.

Great service. Melanie organised a replacement toner cartridge when one of theirs failed to engage in the printer. No fuss. Straightforward and prompt.

Your deliverer delivered to the wrong address. The cartridges are OK, but one appears not to work properly.

I PLACED AN ORDER ONLINE FOR GUENUINE CARTRIDGES, THEN GOT A PHONE CALL ASKING IF I'D SEEN THE SPECIAL OFFER FOR 3 SETS FOR THE SAME PRICE, I DIDN'T REALISE THEY WEREN'T GUENUINE!!

Not happy about paying p&p and not coming by post but delivery company as we've got entry system so we have to be in to receive it, the post person has their own method of coming in.

Until my last purchase I would have rated 5 however I was given a salty cartridge that printed about 12 pages. I notified cartridge people and I’m now being asked to send pics of page that was faulty, error message, and other things. If I’d bought in a shop I could’ve just walked in and returned without all the hassle.

Excellent service and caring, knowledgeable staff. Delivery is quick and reliable. Cartridges generally work well, but I've recently had a Cyan cartridge leak all over my printer, and spoil a lot of prints. Had to replace it; and now working OK. One further minor niggle is that I still have to ackowledge an error warning on my Canon i-Sensys printer, despite having followed all the procedures in the CP guidance.

Delivery service was shocking , took 10 day to get to me , I had to phone 3 times and then go and pick it up myself!

I was very frustrated with your website when placing my last order. An order that should have taken 2 minutes took considerably longer as it wanted me to take compatible ink and it doesn't work with my printer. If I'd wanted compatible ink then I'd have ordered it in the first place. I had to chat to an agent and was asked some irrelevant questions. If this happens again then I will look for another supplier. Furthermore Evri driver left it outside when they have been told to leave it Greenhouse if not at home.

Ink cartridges are great and delivery is fast but the customer service staff are pushy in trying to gt you to switch to their alternative compatitble cartridges. Even when I explained my reaosns for not wanting compatibles the girl on the phone aggressively said 'Well I was just trying to save you money' and hung up on me.

The products are good, but delivery very poor, next day delivery was actually 5 day delivery due to Evri being useless, this cost me a client. Please stop using the poorest delivery company in the uk.!

Cartridge arrived OK. Packaging was covered with white paint. Evri did not send an email to say when it was going to be delivered. They did not knock or ring (I was home) and just left the parcel on the doorstep in full view of anyone passing by. They then sent an email to say it had been delivered.

Used cartridges from you for some years but this time print results were 'blochy". Cleaned the print heads etc but print quality still not as good as in the past. Could it be the way the ink flows?

Sorry to say when I replaced the old with the new one which I purchased from printer say its depleted. Its doesn’t inks level of cartridge on my computer. But I don’t know if it is okay to print like that.

I have always used Cartridge People for my supplies due to the ease of ordering, speed of delivery and very competitive prices. This week my printer showed a message saying that the cartridges were faulty or damaged. I spoke to Marianne who went through a lot of possibilities and suggestions with me, all of which I tried. I then spent an hour on the phone to HP support who concluded that the fault was in the printer and not the cartridges. I notified Marianne. I was not surprised as I have never had problems before. However, her offer to replace a set of cartridges if that turned out to be the problem was very kind and helpful. She then had a discussion with me about the possible replacement printer I has seen and advised me. Her reward for being so kind was that I ordered 2 sets of cartridges for 2 of my printers!! I enjoyed our chats. She is a great advert for your company.
