“Always excellent service, right product my product was available when I needed it, however once it went to the delivery company, the information was not forthcoming (told it was still at the depot - but it arrived 24hrs ahead of time, and I happened to be home, so I'm not complaining..just would have liked to know)”

“I have used cartridge people's own brand cartridges for a number of years. Contacted customer services for advice about an own brand cartridge and received excellent service from Caroline who checked I had carried out basic steps and I received a replacement cartridge the next day which has solved my problem.”

“My parcel was delivered promptly, but there was a problem with the contents. I contacted your customer service by email and received a very prompt response from Si Bennet, who sorted things out and re-sent my delivery, received next day. Couldn't be better - thanks Cartidge People.”

“I cannot fault Cartridge People. I have purchased their compatible inks over quite a few years. The cartridges are v good. Their prompt delivery promise never fails. I receive the order within 48 hours sometimes as last delivery 24 hrs and a their nice gesture of a gift pen included in the package. Thank you!”

“I have always had Epson Daisy inks. I've tried cheaper ones in the past , and the weren't any good . I decided to try your own make and they are brilliant, a lot cheaper and they seem to last longer. I would recommend them to anybody.”

“I get good value for money and the cartridges last a very long time depending on your usage. Also I have been using this company for a while. I was particularly happy with your representative Aden. He was very helpful and courteous. He had no hesitation in replacing a faulty cartridge. Thank you once again.”
