“Well,endless bombardment of offers! Cartridge Peoples way of keeping in toutch! The service is great.Their own cartridges are working fine,so far.But have had instances where my Epsom printer suddenly says cartridge not recognised even tho I have been printing fine for weeks. Seems to happen after the printer has been unused for over 2 3. weeks. Have been able to sort it,but this last time,it just wouldnt accept the cartridge. Kept trying.Then it wouldnt accept any of the replacement cartridges. Replaced them with Cartidges own brand, and ir axcepted them! Think I am going to move away from Epsom.”

“After finally receiving my order due to Evri not delivering, had to get a replacement sent via DPD. Customer service - Wictoria was very helpful and sorted this matter. I suggest not using Evri and use DPD.”

“As always the Goods were offered at a reasonable price & in an appropriate time - Carriage Inclusive! Your kind Customer Services were even kind enough to telephone me & offer a Less Expensive Cartridge People On Brand Package. But I am a firm believer in the Maxim of It's Not Broken Don't Change your purchase, mentality. Nevertheless,Thank you for trying Customer Services, anyway.”

“No complaints whatsoever! I ordered printer cartridges on the morning of 30 December and they were delivered at 1203pm the 31 December, an excellent service as always from the Cartridge People. The cartridges are even cheaper than the same items offered by the manufacturer. Excellent confirmation, communication, tracking and Customer Service. Will I be back for more? Indubitably!”

“I have used The Cartridge People several times without any problem whatsoever. Service is very fast and efficient and I would highly recommend. However on the most recent occasion I had a problem with the Own brand cartridge I ordered for a new printer but it turned out it was my fault for ordering the wrong type. Alison was exceptionally helpful in very promptly sorting out the issues - I was very impressed with the service she provided.”
