“I've used this company for years and am always pleased with product and speed of deliver. One complaint only to date and that was more an issue with their courier than Cartridge People themselves. But PLEASE PLEASE stop ringing me ahead of each order advising me that I can save money on own brand inks for my printer. I know this is cheaper but consciously choose to pay more for branded products...I know sales are only doing their job but it's very irritating!!”

“The Cartridge people are extremely helpful, they called me after I put my order in to offer me a better offer on their own cartridges, which I had used own brand before in the past from a different company and the cartridges didn’t work, however with reassurance from the love lady who called me that they would work, the cartridges arrived and they work a treat.”

“2nd time I've used cartridge world, once for tape for my label gun and once for toner cartridge for Brother printer. On both occassions ordering was easy and delivery was very quick. Will not have any issue with using them again.”

“Good service and advice from anyone I have spoken to but I still have problems with their own make cartridges. I have tried them twice now and whilst the cartridges are a lot better I still do not have the sharp print I get with HP, so much so that on a parcel label recently the QR code was difficult to read be the reader and i nearly had to reprint. Sorry Cartridge People!”

“Just a note to say many thanks to Sam for sorting a problem with the delivery of an ink cartridge. I explained I was up a ladder when his call came and he showed patience and made sure I was safely on the ground before starting the conversation. The replacement order was delivered yesterday.
