“Placed an order and received the cartridges the next day. Turns out I ordered the wrong ones, but Lucy was very helpful and replied quickly and help sort out returning them for a refund.”

“Cartridges People are always the best price for my Canon Pixma. I have just had my first problem with a faulty colour cartridge after several orders. On checking, I was surprised that my last order was 14 months ago. Amazingly after following their fault clearing guidance and no luck resolving the issue they have sent me a replacement cartridge free of change. Excellent service, thanks to Phil for his help in resolving this quickly and painlessly!”

“Phil from Customer Services went above and beyond to sort out why my ink replacement wasn't working. Gave me lots of tips and sent a replacement cartridge. I have always found their delivery and price spot on and the customer service I just received was exceptional. (Only not giving 5 stars because of the problems with the cartridge)”

“Excellent service from Gemma at Cartridge People today. I realised after ordering I had the wrong address for the delivery. Gemma was able to update the order with my address & advised there will be a slight delay, but that’s not an issue. Larger companies , should note the excellent service provided as they are generally not interested.”

“This is a great website for ordering ink cartridges as I avoid Amazon. I appreciate their value and service. “I have used Cartridge People for many years and have received excellent service and advice. I recently had problems loading a new compatible ink cartridge and the telephone advice was clear and solved my problem. Hannah was patient (with an old woman) reassuring and polite. She did not rush me and even phoned me back when I accidently cut us off. I highly recommend this company.”

“Spoke with Gemma about printers and she was very helpful so it has made me order the correct one so I can use Cartridge World in the foreseable. I had ordered a HP printer and was tied to them and found cartridges were running out very quickly and not being allowed to use any other ones. I am moving on to Epsom which should be a better type of printer for my home/office use. Thanks Gemma!”
