“The Team are very friendly & knowledgeable. After placing my order I received a call back to talk about a cheaper option with a reassurance I would get my money back if need be. I was given an immediate part refund & am totally happy receiving the product very quickly & it works fully. Highly delighted with this company.”

“I was initially concerned as my ink order was not delivered in one go. But a quick call to their helpline, which was answered by human, explained it was being delivered from multiple suppliers. Which it was. All the ink turned up within a day or so. So all good.”

“I buy my ink cartridges here because their own brand appear to print identically to the Canon ones and are much cheaper. They do also sell all sorts of other things apart from ink cartridges. I have even found items on the site that are difficult to find elsewhere, and always at a good price and fast delivery.”

“Difficult to comment at the moment as I’ve still not received my cartridges. On the plus side, customer service do reply promptly but I’ve now waited nearly 2 wks and still can’t print.”
