“I have been very pleased by the service provided by the "Casfrtridge People". They were very helpful , clear and specific in the description of their merchandise, prompt in dispatching the material and keen to know that their merchandise has arrived safely and within the period specified. I would recommed them to my friends and look forward to dealing with them again.”

“I bought Cartridge People's own brand cartridges for a printer brought back from Asia. (where I used to live and work). The cartridges were not compatible. The Help Line (Alison) was excellent. I was advised to contact HP to get them to remotely reconfigure the printer from Asia-recognised to UK-recognised. In the meantime, I was able to return CP's own brand cartridges for a refund (without quibbles). I suppose the only beef I have is that CP's website suggested their own cartridges would work with the particular model of printer (which was why I bought them in the first place).”

“I've used Cartridge People for some years now. On occasions I have needed tech.support and the response has always been very good. Yesterday I would rate the support from Sam as exceptional. Calmly walked me through an option. When this didn't work, followed up with a detailed but easily understood email, which has now resolved the issue. Rang me later to see if everything was OK.
