“We had an issue with our printer not recognising a new ink cartridge. We messaged Cartridge People and a replacement showed up the next day! Thank you Alison, for sorting out the issue so quickly! We are really grateful!”

“Trustworthy company with on time delivery.”

“Cartridge People were quick at despatching . However their courier EVRI were extremely poor. They photographed the package whilst holding it and standing on the roadside and then just chucked it over the gate ( which wasn't locked and was perfectly accessible), leaving it 10 yards from the house and completely at risk of rain or being taken by a passer by”

“Continues to harass me with emails regarding writing a review. I came to this company with the sole purpose of buying printer ink. Im not here for a social gathering or with the intention to accept a million emails. I just wanted printer ink. Leave me the hell alone.”

“Such a great company. Well priced and dispatched promptly. Unfortunately Evri misdelivered the parcel to who knows where, but that was no problem for Si Bennett at Cartridge People, who gave outstanding customer service, and had another parcel out to me the same day (that Evri managed to misdeliver again, but thankfully only to my neighbour's front garden this time, so close enough!). I cannot express how great it felt to receive such good treatment from a human being rather than a chat bot. Well done Si Bennett, and Cartridge People, you have a top employee there!!”
