“I have used Cartridge People for many years and have always received items promptly without any issues. My recent multi pack toner Magenta cartridge started leaking and on calling to see what to do Lindsay was very helpful and identified a particular batch that had a problem resulting in a replacement cartridge - thank you for your service.”

“The cartridges last longer than those recommended by Epson as promised by Cartridge People. Customer services are excellent in a) they explained the difference in their cartridges and others very clearly and honestly. b) when the parcel with my cartridges went astray they sorted out where it had been delivered, sent me the photos of its location so we were able to retrieve it from the wrong address it had been delivered to . Better and quicker than Everie . They have also told me how I can change the delivery servic for a different courier in future.”

“I ordered cattridges via my account portal with catridgepeople displaying my current address through paypal with my current address, the items were delivered to a wrong address. I called the customer services to register my disatisfaction and that I am yet to receive the items. I was told that it was paypal's instructions they acted upon, whereas that is not true. They failed to update their delivery system. I reported the unfortunate incident, and misrepresentation to paypal to deal with it........ I am still waiting to get a feed back from catrideg people. an error which occured once is considered a mistake, but if repeated it is a blunder? hurrible service”

“The service was brilliant, very quick, and the communication excellent. I cannot rate the product yet (own brand cartridges for an Epson) as there is still a lot of ink in the current Epson ones, but I have high hopes!”
