“Hi, I am so pleased with Cartridge company as I ordered ink replacements and did not look at the amount of ink in the Cartridge so the company wrang me to explain about the cartridges and so I ordered what they suggested so pleased with this company.”

“I experienced a problem with a compatible Canon PFI-300 Cyan cartridge and contacted customer service with details of the issue and the diagnostic tests I'd carried out. Melanie dealt with the matter quickly and professionally, arranged replacement cartridges without any fuss and even included a ream of paper as a goodwill gesture. Excellent customer service and a sensible resolution. Thank you, Melanie.”

“I was having trouble with the quality of printing which had never occured before so-called Cartridge People and was put through to Liam who talked me through the process of head cleaning and it was most successful. I can certainly recommend any one to call if they have a printer problem. Many thanks Liam !!”

“So ordering was super easy and I dealt with a lovely lady. Delivery was also super quick so I will be using you again. “I have dealt with Caroline on several occasions and she has been extremely helpful & informative. Their own brand inks are much better & longer lasting than the manufactures own inks. Deliveries are quick and I have never experienced any problems. A company I can highly recommend.”

“Cartridges received timeously, and I like that there is still the indicator on what has been used. I also like the recycle bag enclosed. Only thing would like them to be cheaper!!”
