“Although the ink appears to work on my machine you keep sending emails to me with offers that are not for the cartridge I have bought 301 extra large. The emails are irritating as they are not relevant to me. It appears the only way to rid myself of these is to unsubscribe! As an email didn't get answered.”

“The website was easy to order from, but a short while after ordering, I get a phone call asking why I didn't order any ink to go with the printer. Felt like a bit of a hard sell. I sourced some cartridges from elsewhere. Wasn't impressed. The printer never arrived (Evri seems to have lost it). This wasn't the fault of CartridgePeople though, they refunded the cost as soon as I reported it, so that was very good. Just didn't appreciate being "upsold" immediately after purchasing a printer!”

“The cartridge received for my Canon laser jet works well as far as printing goes. However, when I switch on my printer the cartridge is identified as not OEM. This requires me to make a couple of override steps in order to get printing. Add around 1/2 minute and annoying reconfiguration to the printing process.”

“I had a query about an item that hadn't arrived. I emailed them and within 25 minutes I had exchanged emails with Vicky, she'd sorted the problem and organised a replacement item, which arrived within 24 hours of my original query. Vicky was very polite in her emails and efficient in the way she handled my enquiry from start to finish. Thank you.”

“I ordered a set of genuine HP cartridges, which were shipped without delay and delivered promptly, so thank you! However, I did not appreciate the phone call attempting to persuade me to use Cartridge People's own brand of cartridges. I had already done my own research and decided I preferred to use genuine HP.”
