“Reported a problem with a cartridge and received a prompt response and troubleshooting advice. Unable to resolve the problem and a replacement cartridge was immediately dispatched. Thank you Sam, that's what I call excellent customer service.”

“After placing my order for Canon original cartridges, I was called by the sales team offering me the Cartridge own brand ones. I pointed out I had placed my order the for cheapest option. It turns out there was an error on the website. Since they had accepted my order they would have to honour the price. However I received the own brand cartridges rather than the Canon ones . I am not happy but I needed to install them straight away so I couldn't get replacements.”

“Had to reorder a parcel that didn’t arrive due to the Courier’s Fault. I emailed Cartridge World to explain the situation, (Yesterday 23/12/25 1500hrs) within a few minutes of sending my email Chris rang me from Cartridge World. Chris went above and beyond for the customer, he organised over the phone for the parcel to be sent out again, it arrived on my doorstep the following morning via DPD (24/12/25 09.25hrs. This was a gift I wanted for Xmas so absolutely fantastic service from Chris.👍 I will certainly be using Cartridge World in the future. 5 ⭐”

“I had been looking for a replacement cartridge for an old printer, but hadn't finished my order. I was flabbergasted to actually be rung up by a sales representative at the end of the day to ask whether I had intended to make a purchase. He also warned me that the printer I had wouldn't work unless I has valid colour cartridges. And he was right. In this day of only bein able to use anonymous chatbots and making the customer do all the work, this is brilliant customer service.”
