“Somehow, the wrong cartridges had been delivered despite the order being one that I consistently use. However, explaining this over a telephone and sending pictures to show the problem, Wiktoria arranged for a replacement pack to be sent which was delivered the following day. Thank you.”

“The website was very simple to use. I found the right cartridges for my printer easily. The cartridges and paper I ordered arrived the next day. I haven't used the cartridges yet so can't comment on their quality. Would definitely use again.”
