“Foe many years I have bought my printer cartridges from "The Cartridge People" and find their product, price and delivery faultless. On colour cartridge was faulty and after a brief phone call was replaced. I will be staying with this company. Stuart Pearson.”

“Literally minutes after placing my order, I was called by a very pushy woman who just wouldn't take no for an answer...she wanted me to swap to their own brand filled cartridges, I had told her no 4 times before she gave up and rudely put the phone down. Not only was that extremely bad customer service, it was also an abuse of my private information. I will NEVER buy from them again!”

I sincerely apologise that you have been made to feel dissatisfied after a call from our advisor, we certainly do not wish for you to ever feel this way and we do appreciate you bringing this to our attention. The contact with you by our Customer Advisor should have been to check that all your details were correct before release and that you were aware of the full range available to you and see if it was possible to save you money by offering our own branded product if suitable. “Very good; the stars dont come up!! I have been very satisfied with the speed of getting the order in, which is by no means always easy with other companies. Getting help with finding the best deal for me and dispatching it speedily. The courier you use are good, too! It was recommended to me by my son Geoff March an IT Cloud Specialist.”

“Cartridge People have always delivered efficiently and I have found their ink very satisfactory and good value. On 21/12/25 I emailed Caroline to report a problem I was having removing cartridges from my Epson.She telephoned the next morning and made some suggestions which she followed up immediately with by email.Following her very helpful advice I was able to fix the problem.”

“My HP printer blocked after I inserted a set of Cartridge People replacements. I contacted Cartridge People who sent me a replacement black one F.O.C. This like magic did the trick. The printer is working fine now - thank you”

“Customer service Sam was the person dealing with me, and so helpful even sending photo of the ink I said I hadn’t received. After a few back and forth to where the ink could be I found that my son had put it amongst other deliveries in our house I did apologise to Sam and again he had patience and understanding.”
