“Ordered cartridge easily but after reaching the basket found we could not put in our address so abandoned it for the evening. Next morning we received a phone call enquiring what went wrong and putting through our order which arrived within two days - very happy!”

“Rachel was very helpful, when I explained the issue we had with a replacement toner. she had no issue replacing the cartridge, fortunately we had purchased 2 and the second one works as it should. as usual your customer service is very good. we expect to see the replacement cartridge in the next couple of days. many thanks”

“Lucy was really helpful when I couldn't find my delivery. She traced the tracking and the photo of my front door. After another search at home I found the parcel and rang back to say so, speaking to Caroline that time. However, she could see what had happened previously and updated Lucy, too. I'm very impressed with such customer service!”

“Very helpful response by Sam following my complaint relating to the newly installed inkjet cartridges - which did not function in my HP photo envy 7134 printer. Following my attempts at getting the new cartridges to be recognised by my printer, which were not successful, Sam has arranged for new replacements. Good service, as usual from Cartridge People!”

“I had two cartridges that were not communicating with my printer. I had spoken to someone previously but was unable to resolve the problem with the protocol suggested. The lady I spoke to today said she would send me replacement cartridges immediately. Good customer service!”

“Very good customer service from Sam over a delivery problem caused by the courier. Not the fault of Cartridge People but they still refunded the delivery charge without me even having to ask. I've always found their service to be excellent.”
