“Cartridges delivered on time but delivery driver did not knock the door or ring the bell so they stayed out in the cold and wet for an unnecessarily long time. Haven't needed to use the cartridges yet.”

“You should really use the Royal Mail -- or, at least, not Evri -- for delivery. Evri has no facility for a customer to leave a description of how to find the front door of the address, and I had to look all around the neighborhood to find the cartridge.”

“Excellent service from customer service - this included a cancellation of my cartridge order made the previous day and arranging a refund. Cancellation was due to no longer needing the cartridges due to a technical fault on my printer. Fast and efficient service from Si H.”
