“Whilst we hadn’t had a problem before, an issue arose with a set of cartridges we had purchased. Customer services couldn’t have been more helpful in quickly responding to our concerns and replacing them. To have such a team is a credit to the firm. Particular thanks to SI Bennett and Rachel for their support. It was very much appreciated. John”

“Fantastic service after the courier lost my order. Sarah replied to my customer email about the issue and Sam posted a replacement, resolving it as soon as they could, Despite it being the Christmas Season I got a replacement the following day. I could not want for a better outcome.”

“My order didn't arrive and when tracked it showed it had been sent back to sender. I emailed Cartridge People and within 10 minutes I had a call from Sam who organised a new delivery through DPD so I should have my item very soon. Excellent customer service.”

“I had a problem with a faulty ink cartridge. Wiktoria arranged for a replacement to be sent to me immediately which arrived the next day and the new cartridge worked fine. Excellent customer service.”

“Phil was really helpful in dealing with an issue with HP printers and their frankly dreadful practice of blocking non HP cartridges. Great customer service & I've already recommended CP to family and friends. Will not hesitate to use again, especially when I buy my next printer which definitely won't be HP. Thanks again Phil.”
