“Prompt response to telephone call, details of returns sent by email while I was on the call and the Caroline asked me to read to ensure I had everything I needed, while she stayed on the phone in case I had a further query. What more could they have done to improve the service!!”

“As usual the service from Cartridge people was excellent, have not yet used the items but have had no problems in the past with goods received. The only problem was the carrrier who kept saying they had my goods but would advise me when they would be out for delivery, fortunately I did not need them immediately otherwise this would hav been a problem.”
