“The delivery was very disappointing. Items get stolen from the street and so I have a safe place for delivery which is made clear to vendors and deliverers. This particular driver left the item at the front door, vulnerable to theft. This is the second time this has happened. Fortunately I was at home and able to take it in. I told him about the safe place and he responded aggressively and abusively using the "F" word at least once in every sentence and making personal insulting comments. I felt rather threatened by this . I have reported this to the delivery company but would be grateful if you would do likewise and please encourage them to make it clear that where there is a safe space, it should be used.”

“I found it so easy to order and was extremely pleased when a member of staff phoned me to offer me a better deal, and the delivery arrived next day with our local Evri driver who is extremely pleasant, so a big thank you all round.”

“I purchased two HP 305 cartridges and when i fitted the first cartridge all was well until the day after and i tried to print something and nothing came out and when i looked inside there was ink all over the printer. I double checked the ink had been loaded ok. when i finally cleaned everything up i put the second cartridge in which worked well and still is.I would like a re-occurance of this as oit took me somlong to clean the ink spillage.”
