“Since I found them in 2022, I keep coming back. Prices seem keenly competitive and it's one of the best organised webshops I've come across: logical journey, no wasted clicks. But what really sets companies apart is how they respond when things go wrong. This week, my order arrived in a torn package with most of the contents missing, so I called customer service. No long queue or stupid bot here - I immediately got through to a real human being named Chris, who was friendly, helpful and efficient. I sent over some photos and Chris arranged for the missing items to reach me the very next day. Well done Chris and Cartridge People!”

“First class service from the Cartridge People after our original supplier let us down at the last minute. I ordered original Canon cartridges and a set of own brand too. I'm very happy to report that the own brand cartridges work fine in my very fussy Canon printer. Parcel arrived promptly and as promised. Excellent. Will certainly be using the Cartridge People from now on.”

“Cartridge People dealt with my wrong order in a very kindly way I ordered the wrong cartridges but Customer Services corrected all for me. Luckily when they saw my order they realised this was not correct so they rang me and talked to me. Its an age issue on my part! Thank you customer services 5stars”

“Cartridge People were new to me. I was attracted by very competitive prices for ink cartridges for my Canon Printer. Having ordered Canon replacements I then got a swift email from Karl saying someone had tried to ring me to discuss the order (no call received my end and when I called back Helen confirmed the number they held was correct, so no obvious reason for a lack of connection). Helen then asked if I'd considered using their own brand of ink - I had. I explained that a previous Canon printer I owned had ceased to work when I switched to a non-Canon ink brand. Helen assured me that she had a Canon printer and Cartridge People made their own ink with the necessary chip within that the printer would recognise. The selling point was both the offer of what was extra large versions of each ink cartridge, plus a Lifetime Printer Guarantee. The promise was to repair or replace my printer if the Compatible Own Brand cartridges caused damage. That's a pretty persuasive argument, so I went for it. I found Helen to be very professional and friendly. An immediate email confirming the guarantee also made a very positive impression as to efficiency. The order was promptly dispatched, it came via Evri, taking just a few days to reach me. As to quality I cannot yet comment as I've not yet had to replace my existing ink cartridges, though the black is now indicating it is getting low. Helen impressed me, and as one, if not the initial contact point for customers she presented well and left me feeling confident I was in good hands. I am happy to recommend.”

“An item on my order (a fan) had unexpectedly become unavailable and gone on to back order. As that didn't meet my needs, I fed that back via their web form and, very quickly, Liam got back to me, explained what the problem was and actioned a refund, which I received a couple of hours later. I've never had any issues with Cartridge People previously, it's good to know that any problems that do occur will be resolved so efficiently, thank you Liam!”

“I've used CP's compatibles in my HP printer for many years. I once had a problem and they immediately sent a free replacement. This has just happened a second time. Alison gave immediate technical advice which might have sorted it, but when I explained I'd put a fresh compatible in, she instantly sent a free replacement. Absolutely brilliant service: highly recommended!! Many thanks Alison, top class!”
