“I have been a customer of Cartridge People for umpteen years. The company has been my only cartridge ink outlet; I would not contemplate any other supplier. Always recommended to others. I recently, requested a replacement cartridge due to my printer rejecting one I was changing over. On reporting to the Cartridge People Customer Services within 24 hours I had received a kind reply from Liam advising that a replacement was on its way and to re-cycle the faulty cartridge. Now that's what I call a 'Customer First' supplier. Well done Liam and thank you.”

“After using Cartridge People on several occasions I had a faulty cartridge, rang and spoke to Aden who suggested one more thing to try, unfortunately didn't work so rang back, spoke to Louise who straight away said the cartridge would be replaced. Both Aden and Louise were most helpful and professional, thank you”

“Dispatch has always been excellent, always purchased original HP cartridges, received phone call asking & convincing me to try there own brand cartridges due to the cost saving ,was told they are the same as original,I explained that I tried them before ,back in 2022 & wasn't happy with them due to unable to see ink level on printer ,I was told this is longer the case as they have a new type chip ? After agreeing to purchase own brand & arrived,there is a leaflet warning in box that ink level gauge will not show ,so already feel that I was clearly mis- sold ,we shall see if I find they are poor quality as I discovered back in 2022 ,I will return the cartridges & cartridge people will loose a customer ,only time will tell !”

“Good value and prompt service - only downside - they give you a choice of free vouchers as a new customer - a nice gesture, but so many of the choices were vouchers for gambling sites.”
