“I installed two 'Own Brand' ink cartridges to my Canon Pixma TS5150 printer, and found that the colour cartridge was not printing as it should. There was a very distinct yellow tint to everything that I tried to print. I contacted them to try and resolve the issue and was asked to carry out some test prints and a head cleaning. I tried a colour cartridge from an order from May 2026, but I could not get the printer to register that cartridge. Following the above tests I reinstalled the original cartridge and printing was back to normal including all colours. During an Online chat with Liam and Chris, they finally decided to send me another colour cartridge which should be here in a couple of days. Problem solved.”

“Called to locate parcel and CHRIS took the call; from the get go, great tone of voice, very helpful, immediately identified the issue and by the end of the call has resolved and sent out new package. Breath of fresh air to be speaking with a local man who was polite and helpful as opposed to Ai or typical call centre monotone robots. Thank you Chris. Alex”

“I asked their advice on ordering the correct cartridges for my (new) printer and Lucy and Caroline went above and beyond the call of duty in solving this problem (not as straightforward as you may think!). They are helpful, honest and I would not hesitate to recommend these people to anyone. By the way, cartridges arrived the next day and they worked!”

“Due to my own stupidity I needed to call their customer service. They were absolutely terrific - they made me feel that I was not stupid and helped me through the install process. Sam assured me it was a mistake that he had made him self too! Brilliant service. Thank you!”

“I have been a customer of Cartridge People for umpteen years. The company has been my only cartridge ink outlet; I would not contemplate any other supplier. Always recommended to others. I recently, requested a replacement cartridge due to my printer rejecting one I was changing over. On reporting to the Cartridge People Customer Services within 24 hours I had received a kind reply from Liam advising that a replacement was on its way and to re-cycle the faulty cartridge. Now that's what I call a 'Customer First' supplier. Well done Liam and thank you.”
