“😊Excellent service as always. Prompt delivery. When I telephoned today and spoke to RACHEL she went through my problem with the ink cartridge and agreed to send my a replacement. She had a very pleasant manner and easy to talk to, Thanks Rachel Ann”

“I received a phone call from one of your staff who convinced me to purchase your own brand ink cartridges rather than the HP product that I had originally ordered. I opened the cyan ink, the same as I did the black and the other colours but it exploded in my hand and left me with blue stains for days. I cleaned the mess around the cartridge and placed it in the printer. Now my colour print outs are not the colours they are supposed to be. I have run it several times but it's always the same. I tried to clean inside the printer but cannot do it properly and honestly I do not know if this will work anyway. Now, I do not have a functioning colour printer. A waste of time, no colour print outs and a busted printer. All in all not good. I'd like to know how you would like to sort this out please.”

“I've always ordered genuine HP inks but both my printers are now out of warantee so I decided to try Cartridge People, after seeing they have good reviews. I found their website easy to use and delivery to be reliable and prompt. I will keep an eye on the performance of the various inks and would be happy to write a further review if that is also good.”

“I was much surprised when I didn’t receive my order within a couple of day as normal, so I waited a couple of more days to see what developed before I emailed my complaint to customer service, thinking that’s the last I’ll hear about my lost cartridges! Low and behold I was in for an enven bigger surprise when I literally got a reply from ‘Chris’ apologiing for the lost cartridges and promising a replacement set wouid be sent out immediately!! and it was !!! I received it within a day or two and can honestly say I was very impressed with the way that ‘Chris’ sorted the problem, many thanks Chris your a credit to your company”

“Second time I've used Cartridge People - and I'll continue to use them. Both times, ordering was straightforward - with the option of selecting compatible cartridges. I chose to go with what I know and ordered Epson originals. No problem. After placing the order, I received regular updates on the staus of my order and the catridges were safely delivered very promptly. All good so I'm in for future requirements.”
