My delivery arrived but some items were missing. I contacted CP support services and spoke to Chris. He was friendly and understanding and dealt with the matter in a professional and efficient way.

Excellent speedy service, the ability to freely return the old cartridge for 're-use' is a magic touch! Prices are cheap enough, mine didn't even need re-aligning, it came out perfect!

Contacted customer services and spoke to Chris regarding an issue with my order, he was very help ,courteous and polite. My problem was caused by 3rd party delivery not cartridge people. Chris listened to my issue and was resolved quickly great customer service.

I spoke to Lindsay on the phone who confirmed delivery of my canon cartridge was to be delivered by Fedex. I had received messages from Fedex on my phone with links about delivery without reference to Cartridge People and I was suspicious of a scam. Had the message also indicated the parcel had to be signed for I would have ensured we were present. We have a safe postbox on site which accepts small parcels.

Very quick to respond after an issue with delivery (we are hard to locate, and this happens regularly with couriers). Lucy was very quick to resolve the situation for us, giving a What3Words location to the courier for redelivery.

Had a broken cartridge delivered, spoke to Gemma in customer services who issued a replacement to be sent out. Arrived the next day. Fantastic service from Cartridge People. Have used them for years.

This review is for the service received which was excellent. However have not tried the toner cartridges yet. Yesterday we placed an order over the phone, as online ordering failed. Man on phone very pleasant and helpful. The cartridges were received the following morning which is much sooner than expected. I then sent a message online asking for an invoice. Chris emailed within an hour or two. attaching invoice - perfect. I did log in to our account but the most recent order was not shown - maybe too soon or because I placed the order by telephone. Very happy so far.

Fantastic customer service today from Lindsay on the live chat function. I ordered some Cartridge People own brand HP compatible cartridges for my printer. I did not realise (as it doesn't have this anywhere on my actual printer) that it is HP+ enabled. It does state on the order page that the cartridges will not work if this is the case. So essentially my fault - Lindsay quickly sorted out for me to return the unopened colour cartridges for free for a full refund - and as I had opened the black cartridge she has credited my account for the value of this cartridge which is fantastic! The items were delivered next day and as a regular customer I cannot recommend this company highly enough! - Thank you Lindsay for your quick resolution to my problem it was much appreciated!
