“I recently made an order for a drum unit by mistake instead of toner ink, as the boxes looked very similar. I reached out to the customer service for assistance, and Wiki handled my case. Her responses were incredibly helpful, and she guided me through the return process seamlessly.”

“The parcel was delivered to the wrong address I rang you to say I had not received it and Sam helped me a lot to sort it out it was left at no 2 Sheephill lane as the Ebrow couriers photo showed I called at the house and no one was in the next morning when I called the package was in the porch the door was open and I recovered the parcel and left a note explaining that the parcel had been delivered to the wrong address I checked the address label and there was no house number on it my house number is 22 the parcel was left at no 2 thanks to Sam for helping me recover it I am well pleased now”

“Amazing service received today by Sheree. Very friendly, understanding and helpful. Cannot thank Sheree enough for all her help. Always order their own brand for my Epson printer and have never had an issue until now. Sheree asked me a few questions and resolved the issue instantly. Deemed the cartridge as faulty and is sending out a replacement. Also tried to help me in other ways to resolve future issues. Cannot recommend this company highly enough. Thank you. ☺️”

“My new colour cartridge arrived but was not accepted by the printer. Louise from Cartridge People advised on a cleaning procedure but when this didn't work she quickly arranged for a replacement to be sent which is now in place and working perfectly. Many thanks, Ray Stenning.”

“I bought a toner cartridge that turned out to be faulty. I got in touch with customer services and I had a very positive response. I was told the item was to be replaced and was given detailed instructions on how to return the faulty item. Melanie and Phil showed excellent customer service with their prompt replies and their genuine interest in resolving the problem. I would highly recommend Cartridge People”

“I ordered Epson cartridges from Cartridge People which didn’t work. When I called the customer service department I was taken patiently through all the possible fixes. None of these worked either - I received a replacement set promptly which is working perfectly. Thank you for your help Aden.”
